Labor Day weekend fun
We had a wonderful family vacation with my parents and my siblings. Plenty of room to spread out. Great amenities and the host has truly thought of everything. Only little glitch was road construction around the house, but who can possibly know about that ahead of time. Lots of street parking. Very kind neighbors. We would most definitely stay again!!

Cozy and Perfect
This house was a wonderful getaway for our family to visit our niece and nephew at SDSU. There was a weather storm on our way and we drove all night in order to make it to Brookings. The owner of this property was extremely helpful with accommodating our check in and very responsive. The property fit our needs and super cool modern set up! We will definitely look into staying there again in the future!! #GoJacks!!

Family Wedding Stay
We stayed here to prep for a wedding held in Brookings. Jade added an extra stand for clothes and some extra mirrors which were greatly appreciated. However, we looked for an iron/ironing board and was unable to locate one in the house. Luckily some of the wedding party were staying at a hotel and brought one for us to use the morning of the wedding. The teen in our party loved the little attic space away from everyone else - cute and welcoming! One item to note is that this house is pet friendly, which was not listed in the description, and was a surprise when we arrived, as there is a distinct pet smell. Overall, a nice house in a quiet neighbourhood - easy to find and close to campus.

Pam, I wish you would have requested an iron or steamer as I would have provided one. I went above and beyond providing a clothing rack and table top mirrors to try to make your wedding weekend extra special. We seldom have pets and I was in there the day of your arrival and did not notice any pet smell. It is an old house so perhaps that is the odor you are referring to. We do allow small dogs as requested. I'm sorry you feel those items didn't warrant a 5 star stay. We truly strive to make every stay special.

Convenient location
Nice house, located close to Downtown. Close to Nick's Hamburgers! Enjoyed the farmers market, too. It was just right for our family.

Great Brookings rental
Within easy walking distance of everything, well equipped, and very clean. My only suggestion would to be to maybe provide a deck of cards or a game or two. 😊
