The property seems really clean. Night clerk was very nice. Morning clerk was a little unpleasant. Room was extremly nice. Advise if you dont like think heavy pillows dont use. A little too heavy for me. Gave 5 stars because all just by subjective observation.
Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff was so friendly and any time they saw us, asked if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.
The hot breakfast was well maintained. The room keys worked. My husband and I had no problems getting in. I liked the walk-in shower. It was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was clean and modern. The peepholes had privacy covers. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and choice of pillows.
My second stay at this property about a year apart and it still is a solid spot to stay. The area is safe and walkable. The hotel itself is clean and easy to navigate parking areas as well as getting in and out. The pool is decent as is the hotel gym if you are so inclined. Only issue I had was a very slow draining sink which i reported to the staff for fix after check out. But overall a solid place to stay for an overnight or a few days if needed.
At checkout, I asked the desk clerk to give me a receipt for incidentals, which included the $50 pet fee. She was unengaged and looked like she hated being there. She lied and said no receipt for incidentals but then produced one after I insisted. She lied and said a manager wasn’t there but then produced a manager after I insisted. The gentleman at check-in was great! But the clerk at checkout was horrible.
Second stay at this hotel, on our way to and from Florida for spring break. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. We booked a double queen room, and were given a king, which is technically an upgrade, but my husband and I had our 9 year old with us, so we all 3 had to share a bed.
The hotel was conveniently located to I-95 but a tucked away hidden gem. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Great breakfast and clean hotel, room was nice and beds very comfortable

We stay here once or twice a year en route to either Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale. It’s a good half way point from where we live in S Carolina.
We got there early and did get a room although it was Handicap accessible. Checking went smoothly and the gentleman was very pleasant.
When I went to take a shower later the water wouldn’t completely shut off. I went to the front desk as the phone in the room was not working. The new guy on duty put in a service call. My husband was able to crank on the handle pretty good to get the stream of water to a drip. I told the guy that it was better but he said the maintenance guy would come in if it was ok to look at it. When we got back that evening he made a point to let me know that they were going to have to get behind the wall to fix it completely the next day. We were checking out so it was no inconvenience to us. Other than that everything was good.
Our stay was not as expected. The linens were worn & bedding was stained & not fresh smelling. The carpet hid a lot because the overall cleanliness was disappointing.
The check in guy told me nothing about the property. I could not find the ice machine and I didn’t know if they had a gym., A/C unit not user friendly, it kept shutting off.
