Very nice place, very close to the city centerPosted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: For the price, I don't think you ca get anything better in the city centre. Very clean and staff is very nice.
Cons: Maybe parking could be a bit cheaper
Location: Pretty much everything is close and there are lots to do.
Very clean place with nice staff, and you have everything you need in the room. The free internet is really a bonus.

6% extra charge for card payments, INCREASE price!Posted Nov 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel charges 6% extra if you want to pay by card (not mentioned at hotels.com only the 4% tourist fee mentioned there) the lady also changed the price, tried to use a bad exchange rate! Not a trustworthy hotel! Wouldn't recommend! The hotel furniture are run down, the bed in our room had split in half, was poorly repaired and shrieked every time you turned. Cheap Ikea stuff. The hotel also has thin walls, the first night there was an alarm on the other side of the street beeping all night and other noises from the street. Even worse was that we could hear the neighbors loud and clear...

Lovely apartment close to all the actionPosted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Lovely apartment with bedroom and also another bed in living room.. Was central and within walking distance to most attractions and west end shopping centre. Also nightlife in area vibrant.. Good value for money.

Excellent service. The rooms are a little dated.Posted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent service for the reception staff. Extremely helpful and sincere! Thanks you so much! The rooms are however a little dated and could do with a little makeover. Good location.

Great hotel with great staffPosted May 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel (apartment) was great, and was as described. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had some issue with being charged the wrong amount initially, but I do not know if that was their fault as they claimed they did not receive the details for my amended booking (I changed the booking from 4 days to 3 days, but was charged for 4 days). Only one staff member had the credentials to credit me the difference, so I had to keep asking front desk daily about this issue, but everyone was very nice and the issue was resolved. Otherwise, hotel was very clean, within walking distance to Andrassy and the Chain Bridge.

Loistava hintalaatu-suhdePosted Apr 27, 2014 on Hotels.com

Spacious apartment close to sightsPosted Apr 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent stay overall. The location is a short walk to the cathedral, the parliament and the opera house, but is outside the main "tourist zone". We found some nice restaurants in the area - in particular Cafe Bouchon just two blocks away. Where there's an option, we like to take an apartment on city breaks. Sometimes there are disadvantages in terms of getting keys, leaving luggage.etc but in this case there's a hotel reception desk which takes care of these things.

2 day Family tripPosted Apr 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The best part of this apartment hotel was the location. We were very close to the St Stephen's Basilica and the Opera House. We ended up getting a hop-on hop-off bus pass and we were able to get there easily from the apartment. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was nice and the rest of the apartment was nice. There was a refrigerator and cooking facilities. The only downside was that there was some noise in the courtyard at nights and the parking cost 15 euro extra a day (overall not bad).

A great weekend awayPosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
We travelled as a group of 5 lads aged 20. We arrived at the hotel at about 1pm and told that even though we were early the room was ready for us to check into. We were mainly looking for somewhere within walking distance of the nightlife and this is what we got. The hotel is situated within 10-15 mins waking distance of all the main bars and clubs you'd want to visit. We were conscious that the hotel would be mainly filled with families and guests older than ourselves so accepted the fact we'd need to be quiet when coming back in the evenings. The apartments are of a reasonable size and have all the basic amenities that you would need, there is a shop within a 2 minute walk and a supermarket within 5 minute walk. They were clean and all furniture was in a good condition. The reception staff were very helpful. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and we will definitely return here for any future trips to Budapest.
