“Good room no service”

On my arrival I was greeted by a young woman who was pleasant enough. She was some sort of manageress who gave me relevant information about the apartment. I never saw her again and after three days was unable to have any contact with her regarding certain problems I was having. Fortunately the problems were not critical. The house keeper was a very pleasant lady who appeared to be very busy when she came to provided her service. I do not blame her at all for the rushed service. Apart from that the accomodation was very pleasant. The apartment was quite comfortable and quiet and my overall stay was agreeable. I could foresee a problem, however, if there was a critical problem to be attended to for the manageress would never have assisted. One of the problems I had was with the electronic safe which did not work, she promised to send someone to fix it which never occurred during my three week stay.

I didin' like the hotel: it is not clean, there was not anybody at the hotel to complain about the room, at the reception desk there was only a man responsible for security, nothing else was his responsability!
