Pros: Really like the authentic decor - fits well with the overall ambiance of Bukhara. Definitely a boutique lodging! Staff were very helpful - I was allowed to choose my room, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a real treat - lots of options, and a pleasant dining experience. Cons: Some of the structure shows some wear and is in need of upgrading. Nothing major, but things like detached trim, wear spots, etc. Not their fault, but a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. It was challenging at times getting out and about. On the whole, a lovely spot at a good price. I enjoyed it!

Wonderful hotel.
Beautiful historic hotel. great location. Helpful, friendly staff. The wifi was good in most of the hotel (top floor two rooms maybe a bit spotty). They accomodated a need for strong wifi for an important zoom call by giving me a conference room to use. Two caveats - while the bathroom in our room was beautiful and spacious, it did not have any toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc). And they were cash only, no credit cards, which was not disclosed on Hotels.com.

The Stuff at this boutique hotel are amazing. You feel right at home in this historic hotel from the moment you walk in. The hotel is Small but full of character.

Amazing place!!! Highly recommended
our stay was Amazing! The staff were super nice and helpful. Komil, the manager/owner personally helped us to book a taxi, train tickets and other advise. The building is amazing!! we dined in a 19th century room. The location is very central and in a walking distance to most attractions.

Nice boutique hotel in a good location close to all the major sites in the old city. The service was excellent: great staff and Komil helped me arrange transportation to a gym and other travel, thank you Komil! I will definitely be back to this beautiful hotel.

We stayed in the new rooms which were comfortable and clean but not decorated like the old rooms. The only drawback of the room, there was a window next to the shower which was not frosted. Breakfast was busy and had to wait for a table to become available. Location is ok.

Good choice close to the centre
Quite a charming traditional building which is deceptively larger than it looks from the street. My room was reasonably large and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The manager and staff could not have been been more friendly and helpful. A good buffet breakfast was included. Most of the sights of Bukhara are in reasonable walking distance.

Great hotel for exploring the Old Town
We were very happy with our stay at Komil Boutique Hotel. It is situated perfectly for exploring the Old Town. The staff are very helpful and friendly and our room was immaculate. Great breakfast. We would recommend to other travellers!

An unspoiled gem
Great service in an authentic large old Bukhara house, with beautiful decorations. Everyone is so friendly, and breakfast was great. We loved it.

It is a great building at a great location but property needs some improvement. Strong paint/varnish smell in the room caused me to change the room at the end of a long tiring day. Internet was spotty at the best. Owner Komil was nice enough to share his phone and share bandwidth but no connection to outside in the room. Water was either too hot or too little. Great service made up for the inconvenience.

Lovely place with bags of charm
Gorgeous family-run place with really good service. Wi-fi wasn't great but that's not an issue. Walking distance to all the beautiful sights in Bukhara. The room/bathroom had under floor heating and a fridge but I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities. Service was great and I'd highly recommend it.

Nice vibe, but lackluster overall.
I'm torn about this place - the property is quite pretty, and overall the staff are friendly. However when we called to ask how much to pay for a transfer from the train station they suggested a price that we later found out was nearly three times the going rate, the sewage system in the room often smelled quite strongly, and the hot water was often pretty tepid. If this was priced as a backpacker place these would all be pretty normal, but at a property billing and pricing itself as a boutique hotel it just seemed that the price didn't at all correspond to value for money.

Mr Komil is very professional. Everything all right. Mr Komil arranged me the guides and cars not only at Bukhara but also in Samarkand. Breakfast in deliciuos painted room.

Medieval hotel with quite modern facility
At the first sight upon arrival, the hotel looks very tun-down on the outside. However, the inside of the hotel is quite different - the room is clean and well equipped with quiet aircon, fridge and shower. The courtyard is a great place for breakfast too. The owners are well verse in English to answer our needs. If I return to Bukhara, I will stay here again.

Don't stay anywhere else
I loved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful but the dining room is the real highlight, it is so spectacular it feels like you are taking breakfast in a museum - speaking of which the breakfast is great. The staff are very friendly and the location excellent, only a few minutes walk from the main sights. There really is no reason to stay anywhere else.

Old style traditional house converted to hotel
Great hotel with friendly staff. It is located close to the center of the shopping area and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walking distance to the center. It is an architectural gem worth the stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating especially when we requested tea in the middle of the night.

Perfect location being just next to Bibikhanum mosque and within 10 minutes walk of most major sites in Samarkand. Breakfast is served at the roof deck with the turquoise domes and minarets as a backdrop. What ruins the atmosphere though is that the staff hangs out the hotel laundry outside the windows of the second floor rooms . Otherwise, a well desingned hotel in an excellent location.

They did not register our reservation!
A big group was coming in and I guess they got mixed up but I arrived and they had no reservation on my name (even though I had emails and all), and no more space available. the hotel looks superb with great location and friendly staff BUT it seems they will give priority to big groups.. if you want to go there, make sure yo contact them again before to avoid the trouble

平均的。 修繕中なのか、写真では部屋の壁にきれいな装飾が施されていたが、あてがわれた部屋の壁は真っ白だった。 トイレ兼バスルームの異臭は、水を流しても、換気扇を回しても滞在中は改善しなかった。

Интересный исторический отель. Прекрасно подходит для любителей "исторического" туризма. Передаёт дух "старой" Бухары и её жителей. Столовая в отеле - ну очень красивая и колоритная (почти музей). Очень близко от исторического места Ляби-хауз. Тихо. Осталось только отремонтировать улочку (шел ремонт) около отеля. Рекомендую всем туристам, которые хотят ознакомиться с уникальной историей и архитектурой Средней Азии в общем и Бухары в частности. Сервис очень душевный и доброжелательный. Хотелось бы их поблагодарить от чистого сердца в этом отзыве. Несмотря на зимнее время в номерах было очень тепло. Завтраки хорошие. Интернет есть. Чисто.

3人で旅したため、トリプルの部屋を探していて、立地及びかわいい見た目でこのホテルに決めました。２泊３日だったのですが、なぜか１泊目はホテルが満室ということで、近所のホテルに回されました。そこも見た目かわいいホテルで、ツインにソファベッドだったことを除けば快適なホテルでした。２泊目は、きちんとこちらのホテルに滞在。きちんとしたトリプルのお部屋でよかったですが、レセプションから遠いせいかwifiが弱かったのが残念でした。朝食は素敵なデコレーションの室内か気持ちのよいテラスで頂けます。レセプションの人もとてもフレンドリーで、立地もよく、よいホテルでした。

Charme et tranquillité dans le vieux boukhara
Très belle salle pour les repas. Centre de boukhara à 10 minutes de marche. Petit-déjeuner moyen. Service parfait. Salle de bain limite pour le prix de la chambre.

静かな環境のホテル
サマルカンドから、シャルク号でブハラ入りしました。 タクシーで、ホテルまで2万スム。もう少し安くなったのかな… 着くまでは、本当にこんなところにあるのか、不安になりましたが、無事に着きました。 部屋は、鍵をかけるのにコツが必要だったり、カーテンの横幅がもう少しほしい（外から見えそうだったので、バスタオルで足りない部分を目隠ししてました笑）と、ありましたが、部屋内の装飾が素敵で、トイレ、バスケルームも広く、お湯もしっかり出ました。 朝食もおいしくいただきました。 タギ、サラフォンまでは、5分くらいです。 夜、ホテル周辺は、暗いので注意が必要です。 ホテル前にあるお店で、水を買うと、ボッタくられました。 総合的に良いホテルです。 従業員も皆さん温かく、会うと必ず声をかけてくれました。又、英語がほぼ出来ない私の話を、一生懸命聞いてくれました。

Hotel suggestivo e pieno di fascino in quanto ex dimora antica nel ghetto di Bukara con una sala colazione e giardino interno da favola. Forse, nel nostro standard, necessiterebbe complessivamente di qualche restauro. La camera era di buone dimensioni e molto curata, tuttavia ottenuta dopo che al check in ci erano state proposte altre a fronte delle quali abbiamo minacciato di andarcene. Ottima colazione. Nel complesso lo consiglio anche per la centralita'.

伝統的な素敵な部屋と親切なスタッフ
スタッフ全員がとても親切。夜行列車で朝早く着いてしまったが、追加料金なしで最短で部屋を用意してくれた。サマルカンドへの移動も色々調べてくれ、チャーターしてもらったタクシーもとても信頼できるドライバーだった。伝統的なオシャレな部屋で中心部へのアクセスも良かった。

Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt
Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Buchara. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet, groß und sauber. Internet funktioniert gut. Leckeres und sehr umfangreiches Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Speisesaal. Das Hotelteam spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist extrem hilfsbereit z.B. bei der Buchung von Zugtickets. Sehr empfehlenswert.
