They had a wash and fold service which was same price as laundromat. Front desk spoke English and a very nice breakfast for €5. Great place!

Ok but a bit far from the action
Modern hotel.good price. A bit far from centre. The area is ok but only a couple of bars. Parking could be tricky. The shower was lovely. The hotel was a bit noisy. No 24 hour reception.

A plain 3-star hotel with extremely friendly staff
Staff were very friendly, especially the senhora doing housekeeping and reception. I stayed a night in a single room and it was very clean and quite spacious. However, this place is a bit far away from city centre(where the Cathedral is) and the nearest supermarket is around 300 metres, ATM is 600 metres away. Well, if you're travelling Spain via train, this hotel is close to the plaza espanha, so away from downtown won't be a problem.

spacious and clean and comfortable room
1 night stay in a twin room. Spacious room with view in which you can see cathedral. The hotel had wi-fi but wasnt too reliable it cut off sometimes. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable and also had free parking out the front of the hotel but spaces are limited around the neighbourhood.

Good 3 star hotel
It was a wonderful option to stay a night in the way to Madrid. The staff very friendly and help us with directions to a restaurant. We arrive at 9 pm and very tired. They have a parking service for a reasonable price.

A Hidden Gem for weary drivers In Burgos Spain
We stayed for 1 night whilst travelling from Malaga to Cherbourg on January 22nd after a long drive it was great to be welcomed by the lovely man on reception even though we didn't arrive until after 10pm he offered me a welcomed cup of tea and let us park our GB reg car in the secure enclosed car park beside the hotel Hotel owner please give him a pay rise he is brilliant !! lovely hotel with spotless rooms ideal for a stay to break a journey we hope to return soon .

Muy amable la recepcionista, el cuarto y baño limpios. La cama es confortable. Esta a 20 min caminando de la cátedral, cerca de pequeños restaurantes. Se pagan 10 euros por noche de estacionamiento. El desayuno muy sencillo en 6 euros

Situado en una zona tranquila y no lejana de la estación de autobuses (unos 15 minutos a pie) y cerca de la zona céntrica y monumental. La habitación fue cómoda y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Una vez pasadas las 22:30 no hay servicio de recepción pero con la tarjeta de la habitación se puede acceder al hotel y a la misma. El servicio de limpieza y la atención de las recepcionistas fue excelente

La habitación ruidosa, toda la noche con un sonido de motores o algo similar. Muy molesto y eso que yo soy un poco ceporro a la hora de dormir. La cama no me fue cómoda y la habitación un poco pequeña.

Habitación tranquila y silenciosa, check-in ágil y rápido, staff amable. Hotel situado en una zona tranquila y ha apenas 15-20 min. andando del centro. La señal wi-fi por momentos era un poco débil, por remarcar un aspecto a mejorar.

Valoración hotel Alda Cardeña Burgos
El Hotel Alda Cardeña de Burgos me pareció un sitio aceptable. Cuando llegué fui recibido por una amabilísima recepcionista que me transmitió una gran alegría y una simpatía excepcional, junto con una chica del servicio de limpieza que también lo era. Me explicó todo acerca de lo que se podía hacer en el hotel, incluso me recomendó cosas para hacer fuera del hotel. La habitación era cómoda con una cama y un aseo y un baño. Todo lo que ví del hotel, ya sea la recepción, las escaleras, el ascensor y mi habitación estaban completamente limpios. Tiene muy buena comunicación con el Museo de la Evolución que está a 10 minutos del hotel y además si uno no quiere aparcar dentro del hotel puede aparcar alrededor del mismo, ya que hay espacio suficiente. Volvería al hotel otras veces por lo que recomiendo al 100%.
