Stay away, they only lie and cheat.
The room was not at all as presented in the photos. Cleanliness and hygiene is unacceptable. There was fungus in the fridge and hair on sheets. When we asked to change for a cleaner room, they refused and asked for more money.

The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is clean but need to focus more cleanliness in the bathroom. Air conditioners needs to be fixed as both rooms ACs were not working properly

Dear expedia team, The previous stay in this hotel was not up to the mark. 1) sauna was not working 2) fitnees center didnt have any working equipments 3) bath was not working. Only thing good was breakfast. The only reason we choose this property was becuse it had these amenities. The place where we had work had better hotelz but no fitness center. It was sad we disnt have options to work on. The recpetionist didnt speak good english and it seemed we were a trouble to her. For whatever we asked she declined. Rooms were small, Beds were joined. No extra pillows were given on first night Other than breakfast the hotel was a dissappointment. Regards Ammar dungarpurwala.

My roo hasn’t been cleaned for three days, and when I argued to the reception they just told me we have nothing to do to you. Receptionist called “Imra” I think , was very rude and telling me to wait and will call you back, but he never called back until the next shift came and they changed my dirty towels and gave me new pillows. BAD EXPERIENCE

It was the worst hotel ever they changed my room 2 times first one everything was not working tel cooler etc. Seconed room I found a mouse in the room it was dirty. Internet was not working and pool is closed.

Old hotel...
Old hotel. The level we stayed on smelled of cigarette smoke. Bath towels were old and one of them was dirty. There was no water one night. Not sure if it was the hotel's fault because the whole hotel's water supply was affected. Airconditioner was very poor. Worked for 5 minutes and then blew warm air for 5 minutes and then worked for 5 mins etc... Hotel porter took more than half an hour to get our luggages up to the room. We were there during hot weather and the lobby had no airconditioning. Breakfast was quite alright though. Would not recommend at all and would not ever come back.

Worst hotel staff I had ever seen.
Bad front desk atitude. Very bad room service (room either not cleaned or partially cleaned) Very bad phone services (you call them for iron and you wait for ever) almost none of the staff is smiling Airconditioner either not working properly or not powerful enough to cool the room

The room was ok but shower very small. Room was not cleaned until late afternoon most days. Steam room was not working for entire 11 days that we stayed there, hot tub didn't work for about a week. Restaurant very good.

A nice stay, would book again.
Overall nice hotel. PROS: clean, safe, modern, decent locale, good breakfast CONS: noisy (walls and doors are paper thin), not great climate contol (the heater was out of control and I had maintenance come and "fix" it twice), my bell boy spoke English better than the front desk staff and was much more helpful, no view.

I liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Compact room but very clean , good desk and lighting. Bus stops across the street to everywhere. On the edge of old town and ski resorts, lovely views. The personnel was very friendly and helpful Craig

Comfortable stay
It is the perfect hotel for a stay in Bursa. The hotel is brand new to a reasonable price. Centrally located in the heart of the City. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a truely comfortable stay. The rooms are elegantly designed and provide a very nice atmosphere . The breakfast selections were excellent.

Ωery satisfied.
The rooms are extremely well furnished and cosy. We booked standard room but they upgrade to deluxe. Only complaint We stayed 3 days but they don't changed towels and don't empty ashtray. I would definitly stay again in this Hotel.

Much worse than we expected.
The hotel is located far from both the port and the city centre. The room service only provided a small bottle of complimentary water for a family of four, and we were charged for the rest. Breakfast had reasonable variety, but poor presentation and poor taste. The worst part was the tour guide the reception presented to us, a real rip off in terms of price and a disillusioned service to customers.

Fantastic Time!
Tiara Thermal made my stay in Bursa fabulous!! The breakfast was wonderful, shower nice, the pool creatively designed and very pleasant to swim in and the foam bed awesome. My only complaint would be the sauna in the women's locker room wasn't working, but a very minor complaint in consideration of my whole experience there. Would definitely recommend, no better place in Bursa for the price. 5 star quality.
