Friendly convenient visit.
One night stay. We loved this place because of how friendly they were. . It is not expensive, nor should it be. We had a basic room with two beds and a bath. A pleasant view out the window. The room was a second floor walk up but staff kindly helped with luggage. Staff was exceptional. The restaurant downstairs was well attended by locals at breakfast mid day and dinner. They were all very friendly and we really enjoyed the non-touristy family feel The food was exceptional with exceptionally friendly service. It was a six minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Most tourists probably stay there or close by but we liked the neighborhood feel of where we stayed. Although we ate downstairs there were other restaurants nearby as well. We were there the night of a Semana Santa parade. Parking would have been difficult then, though maybe not at other times. So we paid 10 Euros for a very convenient locked garage about five doors away from the hotel.

Uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls led to two very poor nights sleep. Could hear everyone in the hotel talking or walking around. It was however, in a good location to explore the old city.

Really helpful staff in a small hotel
The young woman who met us was very kind when I discovered there was no plug in the sink or the bath,,, she soon provided me with two new plugs after liaising with the boss ! In the morning she prepared a breakfast for us in the downstairs bar area which was very kind too. The hotel was only a short walk from the amazing square and old town where we ate a reasonably priced evening meal... the town is simply a smaller version of Caceres, which we also loved.

Great Location, good value
Great location. Friendly staff. Easy parking on street although we saw a sign for private guest parking. Hotel fairly basic but clean and tidy. Good wifi. Short stroll to old medieval city. Cafe, bar and resturant on site. Great value would definately stay again.

Cuando llegamos la chica muy bien pero a la mañan siguiente un señor a las 11.40 nos exo de las habitaciones a golpes en la puerta para despertarnos, sin darnos ni los buenos días, como ganado nos trato.... Y cuando me habían mandado un mensaje para salir más tarde

Limpio y buena ubicación.
Buena ubicación a 6 minutos de la plaza. Es un hostal tranquilo,limpio y asequible. Sencillo pero se está muy a gusto.Personal amable.

Habitación sin calefacción cuando fuera había 4 grados. Olía tanto la habitación como el baño a cañerías. Cama incómoda.

Cómodo y limpio
Cuando llegams no abrian la puerta y nos asustamos un poco pensando que estaba cerrado y no nos iba abrir nadie, pero el hombre del bar de al lado nos atendió y dijo que enseguida venia el dueño.El hostal esta muy limpio y la habitación muy calentita cuando llegamos. Como cosas negativas es que no hay ascensor y es un poco incómodo subir con la maleta 1 o 2 pisos que tiene(30 escaleras). El baño no tiene telefono para moverlo solo tiene ducha lluvia fija. Y el aire acondicionado no se puede regular ,porque solo hay un interruptor en la mesita para encender o apagar. Por lo demás muy bien,camas cómodas y el personal amable.

A 31 de Octubre resulta que aun no estaba operativa la calefaccion. Escalera a tener en cuenta para subir al 1er piso de las habitaciones. Por si teneis mucho equipaje o un carrito. Ruido de maquina exterior en las habitaciones del fondo del pasillo. El personal atento. La comida buena. Sorprendente su sabrosa hamburguesa. Nos resulto facil aparcar en la calle. Como conclusion, pondria un 5 en global.

Ok, men lidt besværligt
Hotellet var sådan set ok i forhold til dets kategori, men man skal være opmærksom på at der er lange, stejle trappeforløb op til værelserne, og personalet kan ikke nødvendigvis bære ens kuffert. En særlig irritation: før vi gik ud en aften spurgte vi hvornår baren ville lukke. Først hen ad 1 om natten var svaret. Oppe i centrum bestemte vi os derfor kl. 23.00 for at få den sidste drink på hotellet - men da vi ankom var baren alligevel ved at lukke og vi kunne intet få.Ellers var personalet nu ganske vist venligt og effektivt.
