"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. "I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

"I have stayed in some beautiful places, but this home is just beyond. It is even more lovely than the pictures! Every bit of space is decorated so intentionally and with such style, yet it is breathable and does not feel cluttered. When they say pets are welcome, they're not kidding. They even provide dog bowls and a little dog bed, even though we'd brought our own! The place was spotless when we arrived, and as a family that is very sensitive to smells, I appreciated that the cleaning...

"My girlfriends and I decided to go away for the weekend to relax and reconnect and Chateau Bernina delivered. First of all, check in is seamless! I never met the owner and I had a question for Michael and he responded immediately..very impressive response!! The Chateau was clean and the home was equipped with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were all comfy. The jets for the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work, but the indoor jacuzzi and sauna...

"We had a lovely time staying at this location. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. 20 ladies stayed for three nights. One thing to note is there could be better supplies in the kitchen such as more dish towels and scrub sponges for doing dishes. Other than that, we had no complaints. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood. The hot tub was very nice to relax in and each room was nicely decorated. Thank you!"
