Located opposite the entrance to the magnificent Parc Saint-Pierre, a 3-minute walk from the train station, bakery, Alhambra cinema, town hall, tourist office, bicycle station, shops and restaurants. A very quiet, central neighbourhood with plenty of residential parking. You'll find plenty of shops in the neighbourhood (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bar-tabac, banks, pharmacy, etc.). Located close to all the town's activities and in front of Parc Saint-Pierre, you'll appreciate the central location of the property. You'll be just a few minutes from the magnificent Calais beach and its entertainment (Le Dragon, seaside activities, Skate Park...).

Getting around :
4 minutes from Place d'Armes and 8 minutes by bike from the beach. The beach is 2 km away. The marina is 1.5 km away. Place d'Armes 1 km away.
Various means of transport are available and are close to the accommodation :
- The station (300 metres) - taxi (next to the station, 300 metres) - bus (station in front of the station). For your information, the bus is free in Calais !
- Self-service bike hire (1st hour free) 300 metres away (allowing you to reach the beach, centre and coastline in just a few minutes).
- By car, free parking in front of the building, along the park.
