Hotel is good and staff is amazing! Cable TV never worked at all. No way to fix it. They somehow thought it'd be a good idea to put the cable receiver behind the TV set which, of course, makes remote control useless. Minibar just does NOT work. All food I got in there was rotten after 1 day. Restaurant has an absolutely excellent food but lacks in organization and staff. There was an event for around 60 folks besides other guests and 2 "lost" waiters trying to figure out how to take orders. Excellent value and hotel but lacks in MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE!

Hotel is quite good and clean. Staff is dedicated and ready to assist. Cable tv does not work at all. Mini-bar doesn't work either. Restaurant in the hotel has an amazing menu and quality dishes but it not well administered, with 2 waiters for 60 guests.

I stayed at Royal Palm with my wife as a get away weekend trip and we were both happy with the room appearance, clearance , food at breakfast. Awesome team.

Check in was slow and they would not lend, only sell me an adaptor The room was nice but beneath the hydromassage pool which was operated by a 24 hr pump which was very audible in my room The gym and breakfast were nice The pool very small and the water jet weak, the sauna cool

Staff very friendly and accommodating, very quiet and clean. Details made the difference: welcoming drinks, fresh bread made daily, very flexible when ordering foods, etc I have been in some hotels in Brazil, but this one is the only one that provides what you would expect from a good hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and I think either it has been renovated or it is brand new. Very nice, modern dining room. Brakfast is quite good and personel friendly, gentle, and ready to help.

Short stay
I have been two nights for business in the area. The sink shower was not clean , so the bathroom was full of water every shower. the room was arranged only in the morning and there are no one to ask for a blanket or more towels. Good breakfast , bad in room fridge, ver spartan or Franciscan poor.

Decepcionante!
Provavelmente o pior atendimento que recebi na vida até hoje. O escoamento do ralo box não era suficiente para a vazão do chuveiro, resultado, durante o banho do meu filho o banheiro ficou totalmente inundado. Pedi socorro na recepção e logo o técnico chegou. Para a minha surpresa ele me disse que não tinha o que fazer mas que a camareira iria se encarregar de enxugar o banheiro. Depois de algum tempo esperando eu desci na recepção e fui informado por um atendente (muito educado mas despreparado) que nada poderia ser feito, pois a camareira ja tinha ido embora e não havia outro quarto disponível. Eu mesmo peguei um rodo e um pano e enxuguei todo o banheiro. Inacreditável a inércia dos atendentes. Pois bem, na manhã seguinte procurei o gerente que, com certeza foi blindado por uma funcionaria que insistiu em saber do que se tratava. Depois de explicar toda a situação, ela me pediu desculpas e me garantiu que isso não iria mais acontecer. Essa funcionaria me disse que as 3 cervejas que eu pedi no quarto não seriam cobradas em virtude do transtorno. Eu perguntei então: Você pensa que três cervejas pagam o transtorno que eu e meu filho passamos ontem a noite? Não foi o fato de enxugar um banheiro, mas o descaso dos funcionários. Eu escolhi um hotel 4 estrelas por de estar chegando de uma viagem internacional de 8 horas. Se fosse para correr riscos, me hospedaria em qualquer espelunca. Na verdade foi o que aconteceu, nos hospedamos em uma espelunca de 4 estrelas.

Super bem localizado e atendimento excepcional
A estadia foi muito boa, foram dois pontos de atenção observados: 1- no chuveiro não tinha a identificação correta do registro de quente e frio. Isso acabou impactando na experiência, pois tivemos que aguardar o técnico ir lá no quarto para ver porque não estava quente o chuveiro…o registro quente está com a identificado como frio. 2- outro ponto foi que o banheiro não tinha o sistema de sucção de odores. Realmente é desconfortável vocês ter que conviver com odores de banheiro! No mais, a experiência de atendimento e serviço foram maravilhosas!
