We became friends with the owners instantly. The kitchen area for breakfast was amazing and clean. The room was amazing. We actually booked our next years vacation at check out. Motel itself is centrally located with restaurants, coffee shops (super important), and a 2 second trip to beachfront. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to stay here. Thank you Norbert and family. Your hospitality was truly wonderful.

The hotel was located in a residential area as opposed to the busy commercial area which we really liked. Also the beach was a very short walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Our only complaint would be that breakfast is not served until 8AM and there are no coffee machines in the rooms.

Clean motel in room with a kitchenette and small dining area. Can walk to local beach and quiet pretty neighborhood. All was good although electric stove burners never did heat up.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Easy walk to beach and 1 restaurant (Skipper Chowder House - definitely recommend!) Overall very good value for price and what we were looking for.

Walkable distance to the beach and in less than five minutes you are there, though we chose to drive to different ones most of the time. The pool is nice though we did not try it; the quite hours were not quite quiet though it did not bother us a lot. Clean space and friendly staff. We liked it overall though a little bit pricey for the days we stayed (holiday).

Great hotel. All those positive reviews are true.
Great location close to the beach, clean room, everything works, quiet, friendly staff and guests, great WiFi, great fresh breakfast every morning. I'd stay again and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The room was nice. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They gave us a map and circled different places they recommended which was very helpful. It would be better if the bathrooms had exhaust fans.

This property was centrally located and easy to walk to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and offered excellent dining suggestions each night! Would definitely come back again as this was our first time.

We love Ocean Breeze. The owner is so kind and friendly and the location is very convenient! The pool is clean and refreshing and the rooms are a nice size. Breakfast is served in the morning as well. Definitely recommend!

A good motel with wonderful owners. Norbert and Joanna, the owners, take so much pride in making the rooms spotlessly clean before arrival, and offering great advice to guests on what to do while on the cape. Location is an easy walk to the beach, and short walk also to one wonderful seafood restaurant (Skippers). Nice plush towels too. Owners on site all day to give replacement towels or anything else needed, and always pleasant. The materials used in the recent renovation of the rooms a little flimsy (thin toilet seat, springy vinyl flooring, new but soft lightweight bed mattresses.). Ice machine near the pool overdue to be replaced. Location easy walk to beach, but you do need to take short drive to get to a coffee shop or lunch (except at the one nearby restaurant). Complimentary continental breakfast offered daily. Cute very clean pool on property, at the back of the parking lot.

We were so well looked after. Nothing was to much trouble, including letting us checknout later. The room felt very safe/secure. Beautiful walk in wardrobe, comfy beds, large fridge, plentiful hot water. Loved the outdoor mini balcony with table and chairs. Heated outdoor pool and minutes walk to the beach. A great find indeed. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Loved our stay. Many thanks!

I used to be afraid of “motels” but have had really good luck lately and the Ocean Breeze is definitely in that group. Quaint, cute property, 2 blocks from the water. It’s well cared for, perfect breakfast included with fruit; toaster with bagels, croissants, bread; hot & cold cereal, yogurt; and muffins. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also loved that it was quite a way from the touristy area, so peaceful. The “heated” pool was too cold to use. Overall, a great find!!
