What I didn't like was the promise of a full, hot breakfast that included eggs and bacon; but they were not available for my first two days. I was finally offered sausage but no bacon. I was disappointed with the breakfast experience.

checked into this “NON SMOKING” property today and when I got inside my room it smelled like there was a card game being played by men named Otis, Curtis, Leroy and Harold AKA Buddy. When I went to unmake the bed, the comforter was bedazzled with cigarette holes like someone was chain smoking their sorrows away. This room is giving brothel vibes that Is ran by a lady with a full mustache. Myself my children and my Yorkie that they had the audacity to have me pay additional for all smell like smoke. You say you are pet friendly but you aren’t even human friendly. I’m sure we will all need lung transplants by nightfall. I called the front desk and the lady gonna tell me “oh the guest before you must’ve smoked in there” No ma’am, this room is probably where the wildfires started. Then she Gonna say she would come down and check it out like she ain’t know housekeeping using these holy blankets. Needless to say it’s 10 pm and nothing has happened. I hate it here. Zero stars.

Great Solo Stay ! Get some Me time 😀
The hotel room was nice and clean. I was surprised to learn that there was not a elevator, I felt that ; should be mentioned on the website. The breakfast was nice and hot. The front side of the hotel is very loud , so if u like it quite choose the back. The location of the hotel is great ! It is near Olive Garden , IHOP , Walmart , Ross , TJ MAx, other restaurants and a Super Krogers that has everything! Did I mention a movie theater that’s about 5 minutes away. I recommend this hotel , especially if u like to shop and have fun solo or with a friend !

Room was alright, bed was clean, but tub was not clean (there was soap scum encrusted all around it). Bathroom lightbulb was a fluorescent that took a while to warm up and turn on. Breakfast was limited, but adequate. Check-in was very smooth and quick.

Booked a smoking room only to get there and find out that it’s a non-smoking hotel. The room was okay but there was no chair to sit on to help getting your shoes on (bed sat a little to high to sit on) but the worst part was that the refrigerator didn’t have a freezer to refresh my ice packs and it didn’t work so all my beverages were warm the next morning had to buy some ice because I couldn’t find the ice machine.

Did not have a good experience was dirty toilet did not work. No water in it. Switched rooms still smelt of smoke stains all over bed floor no shower curtain in second room. Guests outside room all night in parking lot and up and down the stairs passing the room 4am. Expedia would not give me a refund. Bad experience.

Horrible! I would not recommend! The bathroom ceiling was falling down, the base trim was coming off the wall, the tub looked so gross couldn’t bring ourselves to take a shower there. There was no hand soap. The beds were uncomfortable, the bed spreads were nasty but sheets seemed clean. The carpet was so gross your shoes stuck to it. Staff was friendly. If we hadn’t just drove 14 hours and if it wasn’t storming we would have put up a fight to get a refund and go somewhere else, but at that moment we just wanted to lay our heads down.
