Front desk staff was outstanding, but we were told only handicap rooms were available when clearly, the hotel was far from being full. Rooms definitely need updating.

The family suite was over $270/ night and neither showers worked, the room had been renovated poorly, looked unfinished and the lights from one room shone through the other bedroom. No elevator is there. The staff said the family suite doesn’t get used often so upon checkout they closed the room and did a partial refund.

dirty, outdated, poor customer service. housekeeping was knocking several times from 8 am until we checked out. closer towards 11 they were knocking every 5-10 minutes.

We had a heating and air conditioning issue and the property was not helpful with the issue. Our room was a constant 80 degrees and told us they had not turned on the ac units so we just needed to open the windows and doors to help with the heat issue. We asked for another room and was told they couldn’t do that as we booked with Expedia. We also asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel and we were told we needed to take it up with Expedia. We will never stay there again.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the tub had mildew or something in the corners on the caulking. For 150 dollars a night, I’d expect way more.

Great staff, room is great, but there isn’t a lot around where we can take our dog out and the trail is closed - but that’s not the hotel’s fault. No complaints!

The hotel is under construction. We stayed in the large family suite. It was clean, but definitely pieced together. No outlet in the bathroom off of the king size room. It was great for our family of 8. Plenty of room. The staff was ok. The breakfast was really good. The pool area was nice. The kiddy pool was a nice plus. The construction around the hotel was horrible. The keys are very sensitive. I was at the front seat at least 3-4 times each day during our stay getting our keys rekeyed. That was a real pain. That’s where the staff was just ok. The front seat lady acted like it was a bother to re key them. With the family suite, I at least thought through would be a few basic utensils and maybe a few plates and cups. Nope, ever cupboard and drawer was completely empty!

We have stayed here several times as our daughter is in college in Casper. The staff is always super friendly. It's not a "posh" property, and the surrounding area is a bit run down, but the hotel itself is clean with a nice breakfast. The rooms are quiet and well kept.

There was a broken down vehicle parked by my car. It had a busted window with plastic covering the hole in the glass. The room doors leading outside couldn't be opened with the card key. We had to be moved to a different room. Checking in to my room was delayed for more than an hour. To be honest, the room wasn't worth the price i had to pay.

Grandsons Great Experience
Everything was amazing and the only issue I had was there was no elevator. Breakfast was amazing every morning and my grandsons looked forward to the hot breakfast as soon as they woke up!

Room needs updated. But it was clean. Tv didn’t work in the room. They did replace it about two hours after maintenance figured out they couldn’t fix it.

Supposedly updated, but a coat of paint over rusted fixtures is not my idea of updating. Still needs updating bad. Also I’m on oxygen and no elevator. Very poor lighting in parking area between buildings. We had stayed there many times when it was the Parkway, now is not good.

Building has some nice areas but hotel overall is huge and run down. Gym and laundry room were ok, didn’t use any other amenities. Closeness to downtown was convenient. Room itself was really clean & nice. Bed & pillows were acceptable, I’m a bed snob. The parking in back of the building where my room was located felt sketchy, no parking lot lighting at night back there, right by the Hwy & train tracks. Felt like people also live at this hotel.
