The lady at the front desk was not trained in how to register quests. She apologized several times and finally received some help. Thus there was a delay in getting registered. More importantly, there was considerable noise due to a rail yard behind the hotel. They were switching trains throughout the night which resulted in a lot of large amount of noise.

The rooms and building were clean. The bed uncomfortable as it was obvious the mattress had seen better days. It was a little noisy being right next to a freeway under construction. There was no decent place nearby to dine. The front desk staff were professional and courteous.

easy in and out with a truck and trailer. Clean, friendly staff, everything worked. The place is beside a railyard so there is some noise.

W stayed in room 161. The heater/AC was a bit noisy. There was no plug for the tv when we checked in. They brought one to our room quickly. There was a bit of dog biscuit on the floor and one of the trash cans was missed being emptied. Over all it was all good. The price was great and the bed was clean and comfortable. The shower worked great. What else do you need?

Noisy from construction in front. Thankfully infrequent train noise in back. 1st room great except for tiny bathroom you could barely turn around in. Good price for a one night stay.

Rooms were clean but shoddily constructed. Sloppy caulking in the bathroom, cracked and peeling. Shower and toilet room so small you can barely turn around. 1st room had dirty sheets and had to be replaced. 2nd room much better, cleaner and nice job on the caulking. Construction in front of the hotel was annoying but didn’t bother our sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good price if you don’t mind these things.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here a few months ago and the only ice machine working is the one by the office on the 2nd floor, and it is still the same thing this stay. It is silly when we were about 30 feet from the non-working ice machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is best to access this property from 2nd street as there is still construction on I 25 and the underpass which would be the normal access. All in all it was a nice stay.

Not at all what I payed for... understandable that it was booked the week-of, with a large multi day event in town, as I was thankful for an average experience... but it was worse. Small, outdated room, the smallest TV i've used in nearly 25 years, very low quality mattresses and bedding, a bathroom fit for an antique camp trailer, leaky shower-valve, loose fixtures everywhere, extremely unsettling exposure via a poorly located window. Not horrible, but definitely not great; I'd settle with barely acceptable, again, for the price.

The industrial train yard just a couple of feet from the window, the noise from the cars crashing together, the noisy people who congregated outside our window and yelled and raced car engines in that back lot all night, the extreme weather conditions and apparent lack of insulation to keep the cold out, we ran the heater and it's as if it wasn't even on.
