Oh Wow, I am sure many people would like to have a property like mine.You checked in after 10pm there was no estimated arrival time for you. I had already gone to bed because my cut off was 9pm.First when I came outside you were rushing me to check you in, I requested you passport you showed it to me. I said no I need to make a copy you were not pleased. You were very upset the night not too sure why. I had to ask you to give me a chance to be your host.The following morning, I went upstairs to ask you if I can prepare breakfast for you but you were perhaps sleeping. I came back to find out whether the taxi was coming because you were expecting the taxi at 9am. I called but did not hear anyone so I turned the knob of the door and to my surprise your son was sleeping on the couch which was in the common area.The room that was booked was a queen bed and single bed.You chose to highlight untruths about my property but never spoke about the accommodation itself.You need to speak about the positives, your comfort, the host the amenities, the great view etc. You spoke about you having the best shower because you have not had a such great water temperature for a while at other properties. How disappointing, that you never highlighted as a top score for my property..You had a 3 bedroom apt all to yourself with wifi, kitchen, iron, and everything else you could find in a home. My great view was highlighted by you but you never mentioned. You took many photos of the view.. We had a long chat but you never gave the impression that you were displeased with my property. (how deceiving was that so sad). You only spent one night at the property. My dogs would back only if a stranger comes around. These animals are in enclosed kennels. Most of them cannot be seen physically. They are on property for a reason. I realize you do not like pets.Despite of all the negative comments, I was happy to be your host and will continue to give my utmost best as a great host to all my customers. I have been in customer service industry for over 40 .years.On that final note business is not always a win win there are always hurdles encountered.
