Flora Suites offer the most advanced, luxurious amenities that a Celebrity ship has to offer. The Infinite Veranda is new to the Galapagos Island cruise itineraries. With the touch of a button, you're able to open up the windows and get views of the sea, allowing for full room automation. All suites onboard also have a personal suite attendant, along with an integrated water filtration system that guests can use to fill up their complimentary reusable water bottles. To make your experience as comfortable as possible, you’ll receive many goodies to use for excursions, like binoculars, as well as complimentary laundry service twice per cruise, a complimentary premium backpack, chocolates, bath products, and more.
Onboard Activities
The Celebrity Flora is an itinerary-heavy ship, with a different port of call every day. This means that the Flora isn’t like a standard Celebrity ship. The majority of the activities happen off ship, with all-inclusive shore activities every day. Depending on your ports of calls, you can be doing anything from kayaking to snorkeling, to taking a guided group tour with an expert Naturalist. You’re guaranteed to see a lot of wildlife, like the giant tortoises and exotic birds. While onboard, there are plenty of interactive demos and presentations hosted by the eleven Naturalists on board, so that you can better identify the wildlife that you’ll get to witness. There's also a plunge pool and a hot tub to relax in while at sea.
Dining
The seafood dishes onboard the Galapagos ships are all sustainably sourced, and incredibly fresh. The Seaside Restaurant offers a variety of dishes for all meals of the day. You'll find Galapagos-inspired dishes which may include exotic fruits, plantains, and seafood dishes like ceviche, along with popular dishes from Celebrity's classic fleetwide menu that has been created with the help of a Michelin-starred chef. For something more casual, you can also eat at the Ocean Grill which serves up a variety of buffet-style dishes, and an occasional seafood buffet Dinner Under the Stars.
Bars & Lounges
The Discovery Lounge and the Sunset Lounge are the main spots onboard to socialize, grab pre- or post- dinner drinks and cocktails or café items, or just relax. For something a little quieter, there’s the Vista Lounge, that’s full of comfortable seating. On the very top deck there’s a canopy for stargazing, or for quiet activities like reading or playing board games.
Entertainment
You won't find any major Broadway-style productions on the Flora, as you would on the bigger ships in the fleet. Instead enjoy the intimate piano lounge, nightly musical performances, and a variety of lounges to get to know other guests onboard this spacious ship.
Spa & Fitness
There’s a small fitness center and spa room conveniently located on Deck 5 of the ship, where most of the staterooms are. There are also free-to-use fitness machines and weights, as well as a massage room that can be booked in advance.
Kids & Teens
Although there are no age restrictions for sailing the Flora, it should be noted that there aren’t any kid-specific amenities onboard. There’s no kid’s club, like the Camp at Sea program that is found on all other Celebrity ships, and there’s no babysitting or room accommodations.
