"This is a solid 3-star hotel. One building is oceanside, the other is across the street. Both sides have pools. There are many seafood options nearby to the right after exciting the hotel, and to the left is Joe's Cafe, with the best craft beer in town and live music nightly. I would stay here again if returning to Mui Ne."

When asking for something specifically the service was good but in general there wasn't any extra effort. The pool towels were not picked up after people left and the pool cushions need to be cleaned...
