Loved property, ck in staff was uninterested in being helpful or cheerful. Walked in later and he was sitting out in the guest area head buried in his phone and front desk unattended

Sorry to hear about your check in experience. We are currently training new staff and if theu seem uninterested then it could be nerves and staff are able to take breaks as well. If they failed to assist yiu amd stayed sitting then it's a problem that I'll address either way. Thanks for taking the time to review us.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, even though it says pet friendly they charged $20 for a pet fee. Windows were dusty and dirty in the rooms.

We picked the Americinn because we have great results with other ones! This is a very nice property and our room was nice! Very comfy bed and check in was very easy! Our room was clean but they do need to hit the corners a bit!

The hotel was great loved the fireplace in the room. Only down side to staying in Chamberlain was there wasn’t many places we could order food. And the hotel ran out of water when I’m sure they were aware of the big wrestling dual and tournament. But noncompliance

Happy to hear that your room was good for you during your stay. As for water, all extras that we provide and try to guage what guests may want. For the most part the wrestlers typically get a sports drink and seems to be that water was the popular choice that weekend. Thanks for the feedback

This was the best find we have come across while moving cross country. It was such a homey and inviting stay. The lobby felt like walking into the perfect lodge all decorated for the holidays!

A little out dated. Fridge made a horrible high pitch noise, had to unolug it. Sink was cracked and curtain was ripped.

Quaint stay
Front desk staff was polite and very helpful. They offer a grab and go breakfast which we found delightful as we chose what we wanted to grab rather than the hotel. Kids would especially like the choices. They also offer a coupon good for breakfast at one of the local restaurants if you prefer.

Biggest issue is with Expedia not mentioning that this hotel charged $20 per dog even when selecting pet friendly rooms. Not a huge deal but an extra surprise $40 bucks for the hotel was expected

We would stay here again. Was a good price. The room was neat and clean. I love the lodge feel of the entrance. The hot tub could have been cleaner. There was dirt sitting at the bottom of the hot tub and the chemicals made my eyes burn after a few short minutes.

It was convenient and a nice room, the staff was nice and helpful. We didn’t like the idea of many entries unlocked to the property. The wifi was questionable. The room was nice and clean though.

The workout room needs some attention. None of the equipment works properly, neither treadmill, the elliptical and the bike. The room was dirty and disorganized. Might as well lock the door on it.
