Snoring. Boring. Thin A** Towels.
The check-in was done through a 'key ATM' outside the building. The area was very weird and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. There were ZERO hotel staff anywhere in sight. We checked in through an ATM and it dispensed our key. The room was incredibly small and the towels and other items were thin and cheap. We were literally just stopping for 6-8hrs of sleep on a longer drive up to Paris...so it is what it is. But it was a sketchy hotel. We could hear the guy in the next room snoring through paper thin walls. We heard him through our headboard on the other side of the wall. My wife had to turn on a noise machine on her phone for us to fall asleep.

Welcoming, clean, comfortable and efficiently run. First class and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely in the current circumstances. We would certainly use it again.

The room was not really what you should expect for the rating of the hotel. At the window area, behind curtains there were several places with mold. The lady behind the reception was very correct and friendly but she was walking on crocs… Not really representative. The wifi did not work most of the time. The beds however where small but slept surprisingly well. Everything in the room was old fashioned...

Really upset with hotel.com for inflating the price over just arriving and checking in. hotels.com inflated the price by 22% ... I thought they were supposed to use their position to reduce prices... Beware of liars and cheats

For the price, this is a perfectly acceptable hotel. No complaints from me at all. Easy to find and easy parking for the motorcycle in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and clean, albeit a bit small. Definitely recommend this place.

Overnight stop
An comfortable overnight stop en-route from Spain to U.K. Extremely good value for money, a very friendly and helpful welcome and an excellent buffet breakfast. Dinner at the nearby Poivre Rouge was also very good.

great overnight stop but nowher to eat on sundays
the hotel is very clean and tidy and are quite big spacious and airy with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the beds are very comfortable and room was air conditioned. pets are accepted at an extra charge. it is right next to the motorway but very quiet and no road noise. the staff are very friendly and helpful. there is no restaurant or bar at this hotel you can get soft drinks at reception. you can have breakfast but no evening meal and as we stayed on a sunday this was a pain as no surrounding places where open so we had to drive about 10 mins to the town to get something to eat.

We spent a two night short break for my wife's birthday. No complaints about the hotel itself, although we would have liked a bar or mini-bar - there were no alcoholic drinks available, just water or soft drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean. The worst thing, from our point of view, is that the hotel is on a commercial estate out of town. There is no restaurant in the hotel and only one grill bar type restaurant within walking distance.

Stayed here overnight on our way to Spain. Really good quality budget hotel (paid £55.00 for the room). Didn't use the restaurant as all we needed was a clean, comfy room. Despite the hotel being a good few years old the room, bathroom, bed etc. were very clean. Convenient location just off the A10. Reception staff at check-in and check -out were very friendly and welcoming. Will use this hotel again.

Only there for ovenight stay. Nice clean hotel, room has good shower, tea/coffee facilities and comfortable beds. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Is on some kind of trading estate, not much around, pretty desolate at night but you can drive in to town in about 5/10 minutes, some nice little restaurants, good food and reasonably priced. May be a little too far to walk for most people. Bit too far out for more than an overnight stop in my opinion.

Ótima recepção! Acesso fácil ao centro com hiper mercados nas proximidades. A estrutura externa bem limpa, agradável e muito bem conservadas. Os apartamentos do térreo tem portas de acesso externo, com cortinas e bem limpinhas. Ôtimo Café da Manhã, bem diversificado. Cama macia, bancada no quarto com jarra elétrica para fazer chá ou café. Armário e banco para mala.

plutôt satisfait du confort de la chambre il y a tout ce qu'il faut , la propreté très correct , la literie parfaite .Petit bémol il y a des gens qui pense être seuls au monde et sont très bruyants mais bon je pense que le respect des autres ils ne connaissent pas. Je recommande cet établissement car il n'est pas responsable des incivilités .

Nous avons expliqué gentiment les nuisances sonores, que nous avons subit lors de notre nuit. Le responsable nous raconte qu'effectivement, il y aurait une très très grande discothèque pas loin, et que des personnes sont susceptibles de venir à l 'hôtel suite à leur soirée ! Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée. L insonorisation est très mauvaise, car les bâtiments sont datés. Des personnes ont fait un remue ménage pas possible à 6h du matin, au dessus de nous, et cela a duré très longtemps. Nous n'avons pas pensé à appeler la réception, car nous pensions au départ que ça n'allait pas durer, et nous étions plutôt concentrés à essayer de nous rendormir, mais impossible! Nous avons demandé un geste commercial (peu importe lequel) par rapport à ces contrariétés. Le responsable nous a répondu qu'il n'était pas responsable des agissements des autres personnes, et qu'il n'avait pas à faire quoi que ce soit ! Donc la politique de l'hôtel en résumé : Très professionnel, très respectueux du bien-être de ses clients et très commerçant. Bien évidemment, c est de l'ironie ! Je rajouterai que la décoration est datée, l'entretien général médiocre (traces de moisissures sous la fenêtre liée à l'humidité, traces de moisissures au niveau des joints de la salle de bain, plaintes poussiéreuses et jaunes jamais nettoyées, peintures abîmées par endroit) Nous espérons que le site hotels.com fera un geste commercial à la place de l'hôtel, sinon nous ne repasserons plus par ce site évidemment !
