I’ve stayed here quite a few times, staff is always amazing. Hotel is clean. Only issue I had this time were the pillows and bed didn’t seem to be as good as they normally are. Overall it’s a great place and again staff is AWESOME

We are just close enough to downtown Charleston and many Charleston attractions to enjoy the proximity but far away enough from the hustle and bustle to give our guests some relaxation. The staff at this hotel is great. Randy is an asset to them. Everything was clean and the staff was responsive to our needs. We were staying there for a concert at the performing arts center. When we came back late that night the parking lot was full and we found one space at the road by Wendy's. People were coming out of the woods and off the sidewalk from the coliseum from the Kat Williams show and getting into their vehicles. They used the Hilton parking lot to park and weren't staying there. Hilton needs a more secured and monitored parking lot. Also why have suites with separate bedrooms and living rooms with no doors on the bedroom. Also they need to offer some type of free breakfast even if it's just a continental breakfast. These things do not reflect on the staff but the hotel brand can do better.

Our stay at this hotel was very unsatisfactory. The AC did not work. When we alerted the front desk, they sent a supposed "technician" who spoke no English and knew nothing about the system. He touched a couple of buttons on the AC unit and rushed out of the room. Immediately a burning smell came from the unit and the settings went hawwire. We moved to another room but again the AC unit produced virtually no cool air. It was hot and stuffy the entire night. We suspect this facility programs their AC never to get below 73 degrees in any room. Avoid this location--it is not Hilton quality. Aside from AC issues, the restaurant is good and the shuttle driver was very prompt and helpful.

Someone can call me 843-670-2700.Max The door was very hard to open. You needed a battering ram! The toilet was clogged before we got there. The shower sprayed all over the floor, had to use towels to keep away from toilet. The shower curtain was installed backwards. Our room was located next to elevators. Never do that again. Cleaning personnel congregated outside our door at 7:30am laughing and yelling down the hallway to others. Probably won’t be back..

Toilet was broken so was the door. Towels were not neat. Sink was coming apart. Bath plug did not open. Understaffed. Could reach room service. Maybe a free breakfast would have compensated but. $20 for a breakfast buffet? Wont stay here again.

Housekeeping was subpar. Our room had an almost empty roll of toilet paper with no others around, no Kleenex. Had to go get both from front desk. Floor was dirty, 6” floor base was removed and replaced with 4” base so it looks like hell. Pool suppose to close at 10:00pm but when we checked in at 11:00pm kids were running all over in the pool area? Wish I was a kid again, so they had fun and good for them. Breakfast people were nice and the food was good. Asked for a 12:00pm checkout but when we left house keeping just stood and stared at us, like they’re going to clean anyway, yeah right. Front desk people were nice and the shuttle guy was great. Overall it’s a place to stay by the airport.

Was not notified when booking the room that the hotel is undergoing renovation. While the room was clean, it was being prepped for renovation and there were patches in the ceiling, wall paper and walls were being stripped. Bathrooms were being prepped as well. Noise from hallways was quite loud. Overall very disappointing experience.

Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was not included. We were pretty shocked when we got a $45 bill for 2 breakfast that included scrambled “egg beaters”! Probably won’t stay here again.

My entire floor was literally a construction site. The walls were being resurfaced and they were sanding the walls my entire stay. Plastic on the floor, dust floating, tracked it into my room. It was tragic and there was ZERO accountability by the hotel. Why not just put me in a floor that didn’t have construction?

Our stay at this Hilton Hotel was Great. The only thing was, one of the elevators was out of service.

There was a dog in a room close to us. It barked often during the evening. It was quiet during the overnight hours. But began to bark often early in the morning. We made a complaint about it during check out. We were told that we could only remedy this by complaining to the front desk; who would then address the dog owner Or a room change would have been oofered. My expectation is that Hilton would do all that it can to insure guests with pets are separated from those that don't. The owness should not be on guests to complain (about an issue that should have never been allowed to occur). Then Hilton becomes reactive instead of proactive. We planned on spending the night enjoying ourselves and getting some rest! Not be the Hilton Dog Police!!!
