The condo was beautiful, in perfect repair, and nicely supplied for all needs. The bed and couches were comfortable, and the heating system (which is also AC in the summer) allowed the temperature to my liking. It is located within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St and a convenience store. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Charming Condo In Great Location
My husband and I took a few days off to explore Chatham in the off season. The location of this condo was perfect; right in the middle of downtown; walking distance to restaurants and shops and had a private parking spot. It was on the second floor of a building with outside stair access which was fine for us. Inside there was plenty of room to stretch out with two living rooms with couches and a television with access to Netflix. The heating system was great on the chilly days with separate zones so that you could keep the bedroom at a cool temperature for sleeping and there was even a heater in the bathroom that you could set. Everything was very clean; we didn’t really need the kitchen because it was a short stay and we enjoyed the restaurants but it looked fully stocked and they had coffee for in the morning. It was easy to check in and check out and we would definitely stay again.

We could not enter the premises because the code we were given didn't work. The code to open the lock box was for the wrong lock box so that did not work neither. Once the property mgr arrived (promptly less than 30 minutes) the lights didn't work because a fuse had blown. Once we got all that squared away, our stay went very smooth. It is a beautiful condo in a good location. My two recommendations are that you provide more cable access and you print out a laminated sheet of paper for what is expected of occupants before they leave.

Terrific rental as long as you can deal with the downsides
We stayed in this condo over Labor Day Weekend (2023) and into the following week. We would definitely go back and rent this again, but you have to go into it knowing the potential downsides, and if they are going to bother you, look elsewhere. Pros: - EXTREMELY nice condo; everything is in tip-top shape, very clean, great appliances, very roomy, very comfortable, nice bed, comfortable furniture, nice bathroom/shower, great internet, convenient parking spot, everything works. I can't say enough good things about the condo itself - AMAZING location; you're right in the heart of Chatham, so we walked to all the best restaurants and shops in town; driving to the beach was a breeze; everything was incredibly convenient. Cons: - The big one: This condo is above an ice cream shop that stays open until 10pm most nights in the summer. This might not sound like much of a con, but every single time they open and close the freezer to get at the ice cream, there is a thud that makes the entire condo shudder, and especially the back bedroom. This continues until they finish cleaning up, which is often past 10:30pm. They provide a noise machine, but it's not just about noise -- it's about the constant banging and thuds that reverberate throughout the condo. They also cut off the TV remotely early, so sign out of your Netflix account the night before. OVERALL -- we loved it and would do it again, but just understand that if the banging and thudding is going to upset you, look elsewhere.

Amazing week in Chatham
Such a convenient location to town as well as the beaches. Quaint spot that had everything we needed for a week in Chatham. Beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. Parking spot was helpful to have as well.

Great location makes this a good find
We have been visiting Chatham for decades and were happy to find this condo, situated over Emack & Bolio's Ice Cream shop in the center of Chatham. The condo is basically brand new with nice hard wood floors, high end finishes, granite counter tops, several slim line air conditioning units, and washer and dryer. This is an amazing (better) alternative to a hotel suite if you'd like the quiet/privacy and the added convenience of having your own kitchen. Now that both of our kids are in college, we found it the perfect getaway for the two of us. The only downsides I can think of: the noise from the ice cream shop can be heard during the afternoon and there really isn't a view. But, based on our experience, proximity to Main St. is far more important than either of these and for that this location can't be beat. Additionally, the ice cream shop opens later in the day and closes at a reasonable hour so we didn't really find noise to be an issue whatsoever...and, yes, the bonus is that it's a pretty quick trip if you want some great ice cream ;-). Bottom line: we're excited to have found this property and will definitely return.
