Very clean room, bathroom, linens.... Clean is biggest thing for me, was just passing through and wanted a good night's rest. I spoke to three people that work there, all courteous and friendly.

Nice accomodations for the price. Not far from Ruby Falls and Rock City which makes avoiding traffic easier. Receptionists were very nice. Didn't receive cleaning service because I didn't notice their "Go Green" campaign. Just a note in case you need your garbage emptied. 😉

No elevator-I did see this in the description after the fact, but after a 12 hour drive, it was not a pleasant surprise! Breakfast our second morning was very disappointing. We arrived an hour before they quit serving and there was an empty spot and serving spoon for the scrambled eggs, so we figured they were in the process of getting more. When I asked the attendant if there were more eggs, she just said no with no further explanation and walked away. Our experience at the Best Western in Navarre on our next stop was so much better!

Upon arrival desk clerk couldn't find our reservation (Expedia) causing much uneeded stress. Property is in very poor repair...peeling paint, stained carpets, limited TV, and overall feeling of below standards of other Best Westerns we have frequented over the years.

The hotel is great for the price. Very friendly staff. Staff is always very helpful. I come in town twice a month and i will always stay here. They have smoking rooms. There is also a homeless camp in the woods next door but they usually dont bother you. I will continue to stay here. I recommend anyone that wants a good room for a great price and very welcoming.

Facilities could use an upgrade, particularly the tub floor was plastic and would shift when I stepped in. I booked with Expedia and when I arrived, I asked if I could switch which card I charged it to, she said no, it was not possible .Other hotel on my trip had no problem switching it.

When checking in we were not shown to be traveling with a pet in the reservations system. this was confirmed on Expedia when i booked and extra charges were agreed upon. We were fortunate that there was a Pet friendly room available. this confusion was not appreciated. i did appreciate the day desk person working with us. One negative-- the beautiful wood look flooring could have been cleaner. Walking barefoot showed that it was a little dirty. Maybe since it was a pet friendly room, that is not a big deal. But it should have been mopped.

Disappointing Stay.
property needs updating. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Our first room smelled very terribly when opened room. The hotel quickly switched rooms without question. The second room, the AC went out. Again, the hotel moved us without question. The AC in that room was very loud when the AC kicked on. Food was less than desirable. We will be staying elsewhere next time we are in town.

Late night driving stop. Service was unfriendly. Room appeared clean until you looked closer. A few small bugs ran across the floor. Bathroom dirty and complimentary items looked used. Avoid if possible.

The doesn't look anything like the pictures. The room had a cracked sink, a noisy toilet, hair from prevous people where you hang the clothes. Breakfast very basic.
