Convenient hotel at base of Lookout Mountain

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Our rooms were clean, nice TV, comfortable beds, wonderful shower.
Cons: The provided hair dryer did not have much power and became hot to hold. Bring your own!
Location: Hotel is located at the base of Lookout Mountain. We enjoyed exploring Point Park on Lookout Mountain, as well as visiting Covenant College.
We spent one night here passing through Chatanooga.

Hotel in Chattanooga

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Convenient to interstate.
Cons: Breakfast area was small. Children used partial tables and left a mess. Hotel could use more staff working this area.
Location: Just passing thru.
Started out bad. At check in, I had to pay additional because had 4 vs 2 adults. First time I've experienced this if the room already has 2 beds! I asked if the room had enough towels for 4, and was told "yes." Got to room, and there were only 3 of everything vs 4. They asked us to come to ofc to get more. Toilet flushed forever and very loudly Bed was comfy, and room was clean. Small parking places.

Overnight stay

We ordered a king non smoking room on expedia. When we arrived, we were told that we would be staying in a double room. Clerk said expedia does this all time. When I called expedia to complain. He all of a sudden came up with a king room.I never got ahold of a expedia person to actually complain because, wait time was 30 min. It seems the clerk was trying to pull a fast one. After we got the room we actually reserved. The stay was nice.

I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel room clean and the bed very comfortable. I loved the 40 inch television and having a refrigerator. I do not like the parking area as the area for each vehicle is too small.
