Walk to Chattanooga's most desirable downtown locations in minutes! The Indigo Flat is in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Stylish, newly restored, with everything you need, have a Beautiful stay and walk out the front door to coffee.
The Arts district and accessibility to Outdoor adventures await! You will LOVE our perfect location in this fabulous private space with a full kitchen! Four blocks to TN Aquarium. Three blocks to Walking Bridge leading to Coolidge Park.

Our building is in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. It's located on the corner of High Street and 4th St., a main throughway that runs parallel to the river through the downtown area. We are within walking distance of many of Chattanooga's attractions: The Tennessee Aquarium, The Hunter Art Museum, The Creative Discovery Museum, High Point Climbing Gym, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, The Tennessee River.

We can host three guests at the Indigo Flat. We have changed the format of our living room furnishings, we have comfortable chairs, there is no longer a sofa. The third guest will have an air mattress to sleep on.

There isn't any guaranteed free parking reserved for The Indigo Flat. There are free spots around the building. Your hostess will send info about parking with your check in information. Meters run from 8-6 M-Sat.

Weekend Visit
The rental space was terrific for my wife and I to stay and explore the city. Location was convenient for everything downtown, attractions, restaurants, etc. Parking was easy. Host was attentive & logistics of getting in/out of the unit were no problem. We'd stay here again on our next visit to the city.

We loved the location, condo was very nice, the only thing I felt needed some attention was the cleaning, for that price for one night i think the cleaning needs to be a bit better, but wound not give a bad review at all we enjoyed it and would rent it again for sure

Location was EVERYTHING!
We stayed here for a “mom and daughter weekend”. We were able to park the car and walk to basically everything! The condo was super clean. My only negative is the listing showed/mentioned a couch in the living room and there were only 2 (slightly uncomfortable) chairs. If my other daughter would have made the trip, there was no where for her to sleep. Otherwise this place is AMAZING! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay in Chattanooga
My wife and I came up from Atlanta to spend a few days. We were celebrating our 52nd anniversary. I was very surprised seeing Chattanooga. It had been a while since I was here. The city is clean and friendly. Seems like they got their act together. The apartment was located downtown, near museums and the aquarium. It was spotless and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The shower had endless hot water. It got a little chilly the first night. The heaters just couldn't seem to get the apartment warm. The second night was much better after we cranked up the thermostat and utilized a small space heater. Highly recommend this place,, perfect for a couple. We always had a parking space (free) in front. Restaurants Aretha Frankenstein's for breakfast. VERY quirky neighborhood joint. We've used their pancake mix for years so we had to go. Boathouse for dinner. Very fresh seafood with a Latin twist. Wooden City. The best pizza I have had outside NYC. Fresh salad. Both restaurants were VERY loud. It was a wonderful trip. Go

It was just as we hoped for our overnite stay in Chattanooga. Super clean, nice decor, and all the amenities. Quiet and convenient. We walked a short distance to restaurants and bars, all very close. We would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Chat!

Nice place. Everything needed for a single or couple to spend a weekend in Chattanooga. Clean with ample space for two. Missing a few small conveniences like a k-cup machine for early mornings before businesses open, but other than that would stay again. Busy corner with good amount of road noise. We knew that coming in so not an issue but may be for light sleepers or travelers with kids.

Beautiful, updated and clean. Attention to detail: luggage rack, full length mirror, extra plugs on shelving in bedroom (easy to charge your electronics). Large bathroom with standard tub / shower, large double sink vanity. Stocked with the basics, plenty of towels. Hot water with good water pressure. Living room chairs are comfortable for a little tv watching. Easy check in and checkout. Free street parking on High Street just across 4th Street. One free spot in front, metered parking 8am - 6pm. Close to outdoor activities and very walkable to restaurants, Riverfront including TN Aquarium, and Pedestrian Walking Bridge. Such a great value!

Perfect place for a couple
This was a perfect home base for a long weekend of exploring. Central to be able to walk to so many places and also close to highway to be able to leave town for hiking and kayaking. Safe neighborhood. I had been a bit concerned, but free parking was not an issue. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A cozy hide away
I used this property to recover from Lasik in Chattanooga (I live 2 hours away). It was a perfect place to rest and heal between doctor appointments. Parking was never an issue. The building was fairly quiet for being so close to the art district.

We were so pleased with this property!! It’s such a central location yet still incredibly quiet. Very clean, cutely decorated, and literally 2 minutes away from cafes and restaurants in Bluff View. Less than 10 min from all Riverfront attractions! Awesome stay!

This is a lovely property. Very clean and stylish. I don't have enough positive words to describe. The furnishings were comfortable. The bed was perfect. Everything was just as described in the listing - except there’s no sofa in the living room currently, just two chairs. We were able to snag the free parking spot in front of the unit more often than not. We didn’t have to pay for parking near the unit because across 4th street there’s other free parking.

Great Little Apartment
I visit Chattanooga frequently but usually stay with a friend. This trip my husband came along so we needed a place to ourselves. We were also attending a concert at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium so this was the perfect location! The spot is close to the River area and all the great spots there and if you don't mind walking it's easy to get around the rest of the city as well! Or take an Uber. It was super clean and had everything we needed! I would definitely stay again! Not sure where the sofa was - only 2 chairs now, but since we didn't hand around much it was fine. I wish there was a chair on the porch too because it would have been nice to drink my coffee on the porch. But otherwise it was perfect!
