We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

Our friends and neighbors next door, River Gorge Excursions, rent pontoon boats as low as $200.00 guided and unguided! Contact owner Jesse Gaylor (423) 987-1711 for rates and availability.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.

Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.

NOTE: This condo is on the second floor, therefore it is not suited for handicapped or elderly. We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Great spot by the river
The condo was conveniently located right next to the river, with nice docks and areas to relax outside. Fishing was pretty good and there were kayaks available to use as well. Will definitely go back.

River access
This is a nice location for people looking to spend time on the water. It is not ideal for 4 people comfortably. It was my husband and I with two of our teen children, 15 and 17. They had the couches- not very comfortable - there weren’t any clean linens that we could find for them either. They did however love getting out on the water with the kayaks/paddleboards. The kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of dinners and breakfasts. The condo was clean but you can smell it’s a place that hosts plenty of pets so if you have allergies might need to consider. We wanted to go to Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain. This condo was conveniently located just 10-20 minutes to either.

Awesome Cozy Spot
I was very impressed with this rental. The pictures don't do it justice. I would rather stay here any day than boring 'ol hotel. The view is amazing. It's nestled in just the right spot and you're only 10-15 min from Dunkin, Starbucks, Walmart etc etc . There's is plenty of pier/ dock space for more than one family to enjoy. Host is very friendly. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend 😁

Fantastic
If you're looking to lower your blood pressure, this is it! I loved slowing down and drinking coffe on the porch with the beautiful view. The bed is so comfy- it's hard to leave. Ray is beyond helpful and responded to all my questions right away. The kayaks look so fun and I'm going to try doing that next time.

Fall Colors by the River
Exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway to see the fall colors. Easy to get to Chattanooga and to trails for a mountain hike. The deck was perfect for watching the most beautiful sunrise. Walk down moderate sloping driveway to get to the dock - spent time sitting right by the water with a pretty mountain in front of us. Nice sunset views too. Property was comfortable and perfect for 2. We parked at street level which was right in front of the sliding doorway entrance. Definitely a keeper for a mountain getaway!

45th Anniversary
Wife and I loved this placed. Everything was as stated, communication was excellent. This place is on a beautiful spot right on the river with plenty of things to do for kids and adults. Everything was was well kept up. Condo is larger than it appears in pictures, very comfortable, and great porch to watch the sunrise every morning. If you want to cookout, there multiple bar b a grilles, in good condition and clean. Plenty of seating in yard, on dock, and under the pavilion. Wish we would have found this place years ago. Rest & Relaxation Tennessee Getaway
The condo was amazing. So clean and homey with all the essentials needed. We went to the store to stock up on groceries for the meals planned for the week. It was nice having condiments and spices already there so we didn’t have to buy those things. There were plenty of grills provided to cook our meals with the other vacationers we met. The grounds and balcony had plenty of seating and tables to sit out and enjoy the beautiful views of the Tenn River. It is a steep drive to walk down if your in one of the side or back side apts., so if you have a hard time walking a steep hill, rent a front apt. The kayaks and paddle boards were easily accessible anytime we wanted to use them. Ray was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had a problem with our Wi-Fi when we first arrived, but Ray and staff addressed the matter immediately and we never had an issue the rest of the time. I really can’t say enough good about this condo. We look forward to visiting again in the fall to see all the trees change colors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Location
Came here for a getaway weekend, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Close enough to the city to eat in all of Chattanooga's great restaurants, but also far enough out that when you're sitting by the lake you feel like you're in the middle of the mountains. Great condo, which was lovely on the inside and totally dog friendly. Owner was always super responsive. I thoroughly recommend this for a nice get away.
