Everything was very nice except the elevator was broken and there are no handicap rooms available on the first floor. The staff was very nice and made the stay very welcoming.

It is a great location and it looks modernized in the lobby and hallways. The beds were comfortable adn they changed linens and made the beds daily. However in our room, there was a musty moldy smell. The paint was bubbling or had cracked. The floor was sticky. There was mold in the shower grout. The elevator was broken our whole time there.

A nice place to stay. Room was well appointed- microwave, fridge and best of all a Keurig coffee maker! Hate those little hotel coffee makers that make weak coffee! Vanity and sink were separate from the shower and toilet- good and bad. As with all hotels - not nearly enough lighting at the mirror to put on make up or really see much of anything. WHY don’t hotels have enough light?😡

This is my second time staying here. It looks as though it was recently renovated. My biggest complaint is a lot of the time there is no one at the front desk when you walk in the lobby. You have call someone out of a back room. Not great security during the day. My two other minor issues I also saw two roaches in my room. When there are two roaches, there could be a lot more unseen. Secondly I had breakfast two days, both, juice orange & cranberry juices were so watered down it was like drinking colored water. The rest of the breakfast was okay, a lot of choices and it is included in the price of your room.

The hotel staff are friendly and nice. The breakfast is fantastic and was very enjoyable. The biggest complaint was the HVAC in the room. The air conditioning was on, but the air in the room was still humid and clammy. The remainder of the hotel was nice and normal, but the air quality in the room would hit you like a wall. Probably would not stay here again.

Staff was great, no complaints there but there was a crazy party on the 4th floor and the noise was unbelievable. We had to be moved to the first floor at midnight, but our new room didn’t have a single working usb outlet so all our devices were dead in the morning since we keep them on for emergency calls from family. They have “quiet time” notices posted but without any way to enforce them, they’re useless. They asked if we were traveling for business or pleasure when we checked in, I think because they put all the business travelers on one floor and pleasure on the other, but you can’t have a pleasurable trip if you’re up until 1am with loud music shaking the walls. We’ll be staying elsewhere when we visit the area again.

I’m sitting here at almost midnight writing this because at this moment, there is a huge loud party on the 4th floor that is literally shaking our walls. This is insane. I tried to call the front desk but our phone is broke. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect business travelers to try to sleep with rap music blasting through the hallways. I called the front desk to ask if someone could come up and was totally dismissed. I will never, ever stay at another Holiday Inn Express, period. Avoid this place like the plague.

We were in town for a tournament and this property was located close. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean overall good experience will stay here again.

The gentlemen that checked me in was very rude and acted as if he didn’t care. He gave me the room key and it didn’t work at all I went back to the front desk and told him that it didn’t work he act as if I was bothering him. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and never got treated like that. I will not be coming back after last night.

Awful employee working at night.
I had to wait over 20 minutes for the front desk person to come out of his office to check me in. I couldn’t even get in the door for over 15 minutes. I buzzed the door numerous times and called the hotel several times to no avail. Finally a guest came out and I was able to get in. Then I sat on the couch and repeatedly called until finally the person answered. I told him I was trying to check in. He comes out. I told him I was waiting for 20 minutes and he called me a liar. This was not a good holiday inn experience for me. The hotel was nice. But that’s unacceptable to have someone working that is rude, obnoxious and incompetent. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Elevator did not work for most of our stay. They put us on the top floor which meant we had to haul luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. The room also did not smell good- it smelt musty and damp. We were very disappointed to pay so much and have such a poor experience.

HIE needs to pay their workers more money
Got COVID; called front desk to say we wouldn't be coming. Heavily-accented woman said, "I am going to charge you for the room". I said, "I know that, so give my room to a traveller who needs a break". "No, I cannot do that. I am going to charge you". Long story short, this chain needs to stop allowing low-paid idiots to answer the phone.

The location of our room was RIGHT off the lobby and breakfast area. We heard music from the lobby speakers ALL night long, as well as lobby traffic, and moving chairs. Neither of us got a very restful sleep!!! Other than that.............. it was a very pleasant stay.
