Easy on/off access to I-25. Very friendly front desk staff (Ashley). Fabulous restaurants and downtown area 3 minutes away. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Win win!

I was really disappointed that Expedia had the wrong motel associated with the map view versus list view. There are 2 Fairfield’s in Cheyenne and the one that I clicked on, located on Dell Street and booked actually booked me at the downtown location, which of course we didn’t find out until after trying to check in at the wrong hotel. The hotel had non-guests swimming and coming in and out the pool door to outside which made it feel unsafe and the railroad is very noisy at this downtown location. The bathroom was large and well supplied, the breakfast was top notch, and overall everything was clean and comfy.

Room was spotlessly clean and new. Hotel is newer and decor is nice. The pool area was not maintained well. The door entering the pool would not open, the ladder exciting the pool was broken and could cut someone, and the hottub was green.

They gave us a used fourth apartment with a dirty bathroom, dirty sheets and missing towels, they moved us to a new room which was ok. Train noise in the early morning disturbs sleep.

Great place overall. Friendly helpful staff. Nice rooms. They had the hot tub fixed in less than 12 hours. Great pool area.

Room was clean and alright with comfort beds were kinda hard. The issue I had was nothing being refilled in the breakfast area. No drinks at all at 7am a man came and checked but didn’t refill.

There is always noise coming from train passing the city and I noticed in the bathroom there were no bathroom fan to get rid of smell of family members using bathroom.

Wonderful property, impressed by the room asthetic and cleanliness. The only negative is the man at the front desk stated our reservation had been cancelled. When I informed him I had never cancelled it and had booked over a month ago, he kept repeating himself about the cancellation. I finally told him that’s unhelpful, what do we do now? We still need a room. He finally stopped repeating himself and assisted us in correcting the error, I suspect a system error. Then overnight I got an email saying thanks for checking out…at 3am! We had NOT checked out and were asleep. Then went to our car to get toiletries for a shower, and were locked out of our room. Made the entire experience super stressful but the property is gorgeous!

This hotel was very clean and nice! The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the train does run close to it but you don't hear it much and they provide complimentary ear plugs for you if you need them! The breakfast was pretty standard!
