Other than it being under construction, which caused some key areas not to work, the place is very nice. The lobby is spacious, plenty of parking, and the staff is super nice and helpful. They have a bar, restaurant, pool, fitness center, and pet area, which made it very convenient.

Checking in was easy. The room was okay, but some updating is badly needed. Very dirty, worn out chair in the room. The TV is old with outdated channel guide. In the morning at 7am tried calling front desk, no answer. Went down to front desk at 7:30am and no one was there.

Needs updating. Booked based on restaurant and it closes at 8. Which we arrived at 8:10. Should post closing time as after a long day of driving we did not want to go out. Bathtub dripped water all night. Linens were good as was temperature in room. Carpets were stained.

This property is in the middle of remodeling. The staff and amenities were very accommodating. We stayed one night while my husband was on a job. For the price it was great. We would stay at the red lion in again in the future.

The staff was absolutely amazing! It was just myself and two small kids and the staff went above and beyond for us. I was so thankful! The pool was a bit cold and closed at an odd time, but hopefully truly loved our stay!

The inside is so cool, the room was clean and spacious and easily accessible from the freeway. We had to wait out a blizzard on a cross country move and the staff were super friendly, helpful and reassuring. My cat really enjoyed it too, nice window close to the floor for him to check out the view from. 10/10 would stay again, wish we were able to extend our stay and enjoy the pool!

Stephen was great and accommodating- however I was surprisingly disappointed with the quality of the rooms. I’ve stayed with RL before and this was so below the bar… smelly, dirty, broken furniture. I’m grateful I left, to be honest. It felt dirty and creepy.

I will not stay here again
Hotel and Hotels.com show this as a hotel with a restaraunt. This restaraunt has been closed for months for "reasons i cannot disclose"according to petson i spoke to after asking to speak to the manager. whoever that petson is, they were unavailable for entire two night stay. I paid fkr two breakfasts (not part of rack rate) was offered an opportunity to go to a stand i. the hotel that lacked healthy choices. when i asked to have the breakfasts refunded, they could not as i booked with hotels.com. They were going to loom into it and get back to me. 5 days later i have not heard from them. Hotel is poorly managed, and frustration of staff is obvious to many guests I spoke with.

Ok, but needs improvement
The hotel is in the process of a much needed remodel. It is rather run down and old. Beds are hard as rocks, but staff was very friendly. Breakfast left a lot to desire too. If your looking for a clean room with no frills, then look no further.
