I booked a private room with fan on expedia but upgraded to a private room with ac. I paid 499thb in May 2014. For the price it was totally worth it even though it is a little dated.
I woke up late for my flight and almost missed it, if the hotel didn't have their own taxi service and if the taxi didn't drive as fast; I would have definitely missed my flight. The staff were very helpful. They help direct my friend and I to many places of interest.

This place is great for the price, rooms are good if not the cleanest and beds are comfortable enough. Its certainly not a five star hotel, but it has a pool, a gym and a great breakfast buffet! Taxis have a little trouble finding it, and it is not in the downtown area but fairly close. Be aware if you get a massage, however, the masseuse offered a happy ending and didn't seem to pleased when we declined (because you pay extra, not because she desperately wanted to... I imagine). So maybe pass on the massage... unless, you know, that's you're thing.

Very clean, lots of plants everywhere ans a nice cool off pool. Beds very comfy. Includes both Thai (Rice, green onion and fish/shrimp/pork) in clear broth or egg and hotdog and ham, toast or omlette breakfast options, with juice and coffee. Please note about 10 min by tuk tuk from old city, about 100 baht. But nice and quiet. Has great patios and free bikes to loan. They can order pizza for you from Dukes well worth expense of 400 includes delivery. Ayn speaks great English and can help you with what you nees, including airport transport. Great place to just chill.

Love this place! Will be back. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms; fantastic location; happy, helpful and friendly staff. Solid aircon, balcony overlooking the soi, and good variety of cable news channels (among others). Added on the breakfast option and was very happy with the decision - had delicious fresh fruit with cereal and yoghurt every morning in the serene little courtyard out front (hot options available, also open for lunch/dinner/coffee etc). Short walk to everything old-city-wise. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights and wish it could have been more! amazing value for money. Very helpful and accommodating staff, very clean and modern hotel, giving a spa-day type feel. Room was spacious and had all the mod cons you would need including AC, safe, etc. Only downside was the shower wasn't very powerful but other than this you can't go wrong! well placed just outside of the city walls, within 10 mins walk of the night market which is very handy. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is located a ten-minute walk from the Old City and right near the Night Market and yet the grounds are lush and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated with an eye to detail. There are plenty of places to lounge or work.
