El lugar estaba frio. Los baños limpios, pero tenian concreto de cuando los renovaton. Los inodoros no servian bien. El agua se salia porque la cadena de la palanca estaba muy larga. El internet pesimo. Y las televisiones sin internet de adorno.

Realmente no es un hotel, no cuenta con un servicio presencial y eso no estaba especificado al momento de la reservación, hubo problemas para hacer el check in y no había quien lo resolviera, se marcó al teléfono de servicio pero nadie contestaba y por los comentarios de otros clientes, es un problema bastante común, el cuarto estaba sucio, había ropa sucia de huéspedes anteriores y estaba empolvado, te cargan cuota de limpieza pero ni limpian. Pésima toda la experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

The location of the property is perfect, I did not like that it was almost 6pm and it said that the room was not ready and that I should contact customer service by phone or message. I spent several minutes trying to communicate and there were other people waiting to communicate as well. After several attempts we were able to communicate. Too bad I saw many people waiting at the reception trying to communicate. They should clarify that there is no reception at the hotel and everything is done by phone.

Due a problem I got I only reserved one night. The building it's old, the ir no personal for check in you have to do it using the app or in the kiosk. I got a problem during the check in, but I called and was resolved at the moment. The photos of the rooms are not real. The furniture wasn't that, the room I got was completely different worse than pictures no rug, no desk. Even Though it was clean. The kitchen is not equipped so you can't cook anything. I got issues with both bathrooms, one shower was broken and the other one didn't have hot water. There was coffee and some beverage on the fridge. The attention by phone was ok just consider that customer support is not 24hrs, when I got the badroom issues I couldn't reach anybody. The location is excellent.

Bueno para empezar estuve casi dos horas esperando a que fuera atendido,segundo la atención que me dieron por teléfono pésima la habitación con 4 bebidas no 6 como se me dijo a última hora que debía pagar obligado y para colmo un pomo de agua abierto y por la mitad pésimo no pude bañarme en tiempo porque no había agua el agua vino a las 7:00am terrible todo para mi disculpen pero fue así mi estadía de solo horas ahí en ese lugar

I received emails, confirmations to a hotel that had closed 3 months prior! No one answered the phone, unable to leave vm. Horrible! Don’t ever book there. They left us stranded in Chicago.

Make sure it’s open.
I texted for the em early check in. They texted back that the hotel was closed!!! Thank goodness hotels.com helped me rebook. This was the day before my stay and if I had not texted, I would have not been notified.

Rooms were filthy, floors were sticky clearly not cleaned routinely. The sheets on the bed were very dusty and dirty did not feel comfortable staying on these beds. The living room area is not as pictured it was hideous. Definitely do not recommend this stay

The property was good location, but the scaffolding aroudn the building was little inconvenient. Overall, wonderful stay but got stuck in elevator first night.

The hotel suite was clean, but all the tvs had to share one device in order for them to work including remotes 😡😡, there were no cooking supplies in the kitchen area, no parking, have to call a number to speak with someone, but over all the room was clean.

Thank you for your feedback. At our Millennium Park location we do have cooking supplies although you would have to request these. It's stated in our site parking is no avaible but there is a under ground parking garage located on Michigan Ave. Otherwise you can use the SpotHero App to reserve a spot online. Mixed review~
Check in had a hiccup. Tried to check in and the kiosk was out of room keys. Then tried to use a different kiosk and the kiosk informed us that our room was not ready. Then we had to call the support line and took them about 10 minutes to figure it out. The location is great and it was easy to walk to all of the attractions we wanted. The room was clean but our biggest problem is that the sofa bed was broken, which is consistent with many other reviews. I just thought it would be fixed by now. So it's really a mixed review here. I wish the check in process was smoother and the bed was fixed, but at the same time the location was great.

Great location
I was nervous based on past reviews but I found our room clean and well appointed except there were no pots, pans , glassware. You could hear noise from outside, but you are in a major city.

If you like virtual check-in's and lack of support, this is your place. If you don't care about privacy shades when your room faces about a 100 other rooms, then you are home. If you prefer non-room darkening shades, you will love this place. Also, if you think that you are getting the rooms shown in the pictures, you won't. I am super disappointed by this place and how overly priced it was. In addition, I was given a price through Expedia and Chicago Hotel Collection Millennium Park overcharged me by over $200. If you choose to stay here, I wish you the best. I will NEVER stay here again.

Absolutely worst hotel experience I’ve had. Room did not have AC. Made multiple attempts to get ahold of someone at the property in order to get it fixed but still noone ever came. It was summer in chicago and the temperature in the room for 2 days read 78 degrees

I was nervous to book this property after reading the reviews, envisioning being stranded in the lobby with some weird check-in process and no room. As it turns out, check in could not have been easier. I simply entered my 4-digit confirmation code, sent to me by the hotel, and our keys were quickly printed. I did complete the online check-in ahead of time, which also sped things up. The room itself was spacious and clean. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the pullout couch in the living room, which was perfect for our group. Two downfalls - there was minimal bedding provided for the pullout couch (just a comforter) and I had made the reservation for 6 so clearly we needed the bedding. Luckily we had two sleeping bags in the car. There were also only 4 bath towels provided. The other thing to be aware of is that this is in a very noisy location with apparently zero sound-proofing in this old building. Loud trains and sirens were a constant all night long. But the bed was comfortable, the location to easily walk to Millenium Park and restaurants/shops was absolutely perfect. We were very close to the Green line to take the train to a White Sox game, and found a public parking ramp close by. Despite the couple of drawbacks, the location and space made it a place I would stay again. Just bring earplugs ;)

The studio was so cute! Grocery store was a street behind not far all! It was nice and quiet stay. The view we had was so beautiful.

Awful parking and customer service, but good room.
We drove around for 30 minutes trying to find parking. We got there 5 hours after check in and the room still wasn’t ready. I finally called a customer service representative and she made a recommendation about parking after I had already paid $50 for overnight street parking. I asked her why the company didn’t recommend the parking solution that she dis up front. She explained that the parking was managed by another company. Then, I explained that her recommendation would have been helpful to know before we got into the city so that we could have researched options available. She became very rude and hung up on me. When we got into the hotel room the door wouldn’t register the key card with a light to identify if it was active or not and then it wouldn’t lock. Also, the light switches in the entry way wouldn’t work. We had to stumble through the dark room looking for a lamp with our cell phone flashlights.

My friends and I came to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. I want to thank the staff and especially cleaning staff that were professional and friendly. We encountered zero problems and really enjoyed the location.

The stay was okay, but I don’t understand why have a full kitchen without any utensils or cook ware. That was the whole reason I picked that hotel was for the full kitchen. The mattress was very firm

Only good thing is the location. Don't book with this place such a hassle to deal with this company. You have to pay an additional amenity fee. This is not optional. It was also not stated before we checked in. And then when you want to use the amenity of checking in early, there is no staff around to help you do so. I emailed the company many times but no one ever responded. I was able to secure a late check out thanks to texting the number that was displayed by the digital check in stand. Check in requires the use of an app. So you have to download an app. You also need wifi to check in so if you are international and don't have a phone plan, good luck. There is no reception desk or staff. No place to leave baggage if you arrive early or want to leave late. The person across the hall had a loud party going on till late and kept us awake. Pay the extra money to stay at a real hotel... it ended up being the same cost as others around due to the amenity fee.
