The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Even the so-called "non-smoking" rooms, which I insisted upon, had an ashtray and thoroughly smoked through bedding, drapes and carpets. The reception area is the only place for the Internet connection but a non-smoker cannot stay there longer than a couple of minutes, as it also serves as a smokers' lounge.
Breakfast, which is included in the hotel price, is superb. However, the hotel restaurant works only for breakfast and then closes for the day. One needs to look for meals elsewhere.
There are no hair dryers or irons in the rooms.
The rooms are not cleaned every day, in fact, they are not cleaned every other day either. The garbage cans remain full, the beds unmade, towels unchanged.
The hotel personnel is poorly (if at all) trained in dealing with international guests. I was appalled by their unprovoked snide and derogatory remarks about Jews, Russians and Americans.
Overall: I would not recommend this hotel to International guests.
