I don't usually pay much attention to lobbies, but this one had a very clean, modernistic design. The room was quiet and clean. The night desk clerk was sociable/ Breakfast had hot and cold options including a premade cheese omelette instead of the usual scrambled eggs.

Best hospitality I’ve encountered in a hotel stay perhaps ever. From the management to the staff, top notch customer service. My room was cleaned immaculately 4 out of 4 days. Needed to get a rental car back to the airport, and the hotel had a driver on short notice to make that transition seamless with very little notice. Facility was clean, well appointed, and felt like being at home. Dave, the owner, and Sarah were noteworthy in taking care of guests and accommodating their needs promptly. Breakfast was outstanding 4 of 4 days. If I’m in N Ky/Cincy area again, I will be staying at the Comfort Inn Turfway.

We have a saying in science: "You're only as good as the equipment you have to work with." Same goes for hotels/motels: Hotels/Motels are only as good as the people that work for them! The staff is extremely friendly, co-operative, thoughtful, and proactive! Thank You! The property is situated among many different restaurants that serve a wide variety of choices and are within walking distance from the hotel. Shopping is also within a very short walk. Even though traffic is sometimes quite busy, there's never a feeling of lack of security. The rooms and beds are comfy and clean. Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable and relaxing!

Room was spacious. Bed was clean and comfy. Check in easy. Staff friendly. Older hotel. Ceiling paint peeling in shower. Did have noise from hallway, road outside and hearing people in room above. Ok for quick overnight stay.

The staff was exceptionally kind, efficient, on the ball. That started from the top, as i met the owner by accident, and his commitment showed. Very nice continental breakfast. Unbelievable value. Ill stay there every time i layover cincy airport.

It was nice stay. Plenty of restraunts to choose from that is very close. Casino close by for entertainment. Target right behind the hotel. This hotel is very clean. The staff is very helping and very nice people...the bathroom is clean as well. If you forget your shampoo and body wash, no worries they have it for you on their wall in the bathtub. i stayed here for 2 nights. I really enjoyed my stay!

Stayed at this hotel while on vacation. It is at a wonderful exit with alot of places to eat, and tons of stores. Everything was clean, breakfast was great, definitely recommend it.

This property is a little worn out in the rooms. Check in was quick and pleasant. My room and bed were quiet and comfortable. I slept through breakfast (it was New Years Day!), but the breakfast room looked stocked.

Soundproof needs to be improved
The room is spacious and clean. However the soundproof needs to be improved. I can hear what our next door guests are talking. It’s annoying especially when it’s late at night.

The property wasn't very well maintenance fixtures were broken. Cobwebs in the corners and on the ceilings. Visible spills on the walls above the trash can. Continental breakfast included was a plus location is great it's next to shopping centers walkable distance to eateries staff was really polite. You can just tell it wasn't maintenance very well, the towel Hook was coming out of the door.... All things that I wouldn't want to be charged for if they broke while I stayed there however their condition was very poor upon my arrival. It was very affordable however and very conveniently located.
