We encountered a number of problems from inoperable room keys to broken electrical outlets. Staff were friendly and did their best to remedy these issues, but we ended up moving to a different near by hotel.

We did not stay at the Roadway Inn as we tried to cancel the 11th. We were moved to the Comfort Inn instead but were not told about the switch until arriving at Roadway Inn

The details of the hotel said continental breakfast and a pool. There was no breakfast one day, the next day they just had plain bagels, a few muffins and cereal with no milk. The pool was filled in with cement. The big problem was all the doors had the latches taped so no key card was needed to get in, I didn't feel very safe with anyone, at anytime could just walk into the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Remodiling Needed ASAP!
THIS HOTEL IS IN IMMEDIATE NEED OF REMODELING AND REPAIR! IT HAS OLD OUTDATED CARPET, NO ELEVATOR, OLD BEDDING, OLD HAIR DRYER(S), ETC. THE T.V. DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, IT WAS A SHORTAGE IN THE ELECTRICAL CORD. THE FACEPLATE ON ONE OF THE WALL SOCKETS WAS MISSING, THE THERMOSTAT WOULD NOT SET CORRECTLY, THERE WAS NO TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM, THE FRONT LOWER HALF OF THE SINK FACING WAS BROKEN AND HANGING OFF, A BEER CAN WITH BEER IN IT WAS UNDER ONE OF THE BEDS AND THERE WAS GUM ON THE HEADBOARDS! THIS PLACE HAS GOT TO DO BETTER!

Good value for budget conscious travelers.
Provided the essentials for our stay of three nights. Breakfast was included. Temperature of the room was comfortable, mattress was comfortable, TV worked with lots of stations. Quiet at night with convenient parking. Room was spacious.

Very dark no lights on outside. Road sign not lit.
outside security doors busted, did not work, or broken completely.Several doors throughout hotel had broken door handles. hair dryer in bathroom shorted out during our stay and they had no spare or another room to move us to(fire hazard) wire was actually taped together and wire was exposed.the room was clean but the overall appearance of the hotel was very poor. I would not stay there again nor would i recomend anyone to stay here
