The floor in room was not clean. It was sticky. The key to room did not work half of time. There was an obnoxious smell that gave me a headache and my husband hard to breath. Will never stay there again after having stayed there several times before with no problem.

No Elevator to haul your stuff up, ice machine broken, pop machine inop. Bathroom lock was broken, their fix was to just remove it. Water pressure disappears in the middle of a shower. No manager on site so front desk is unable to help with anything.

The room was remodeled. The beds were wonderful. The bathroom was outstanding, except they put in brand new mini toilets like a foot off the ground if you’re a very short person, you probably love it but the standard person even somebody like me at 5 foot four it was quite a drop down and being older it was not easy getting up. This room was supposed to be handicap accessible but they’re all brand new tubs OK and there was no extra bars just your standard tub but it was clean a new and neat. It was beautiful. The only other reason for a four star is because in this brand new room with beautiful lamps, everything was nice except the chair at the desk. The black leather at the top was totally peeled off like this could’ve been sitting in someone’s front yard with a free sign on it Management should get that out of there just because it cheapens the whole thing. But I highly recommend it.

There was a very 'ratty and torn' office chair in our room. Very unappealing considering the remainder of the room was perfect.

We normally stay at Holiday Inn Express on our trip to Florida. We had our service dog with us and wanted to stop earlier than our normal half way mark. We were very pleased with the price point and the rooms! Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfortable along with amazing pillows. We have decided we will start using this Quality Inn in the future!

Bed was comfortable, breakfast had hot items and was typical. Coffee was bland, but so are most places. Check in was friendly. Only removed a star because the toilet seat moved and wasn't aligned and one of the light fixtures had dead bulbs.
