"We never even had the opportunity to stay at this property, as we weren't able to check-in. After not receiving the check-in instructions from the property owner, we reached out multiple times, each with no response. First, we reached out prior to the check-in time, stating we hadn't received info on how to access the property and asked if they could provide it. After no response, we reached out again about an hour after the listed time, but before we had arrived at the property, nothing....

"Let me start by saying that the property manager Tobias was a good communicator. We had our family Christmas reunion here. The 3 units worked out well for our out of town families to stay. This is an old place that still needs repairs here & there but what house over 100 years old doesn’t. I’m sure it was grand in its early days. I’m happy that the owners have plans for repairs & more updating because I hate to see old homes get run down. There was a leak under one of the kitchen sinks. The...

"The house was in a nice nieghborhood and easy to find. The house was as described and reasonably priced. It could have been a little cleaner and the towels and bedding were not great quality. Just hand soap in the bathrooms and one hair dryer. The master bath toilet needs a reset ( loose and small leak) and the washing machine needs to be cleaned."
