House keeping only made the bed a couple times a week and those times were when we weren't there so our bed never got made. They did not refresh linen or in room service when requested. For was below average.

Everything was excellent with one exception. We did not have hour water for a shower the first morning we were there.

The Hotel was very nice. Clean, great breakfast, restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very kind. My only complaint was the surface around the pool was so slick when wet. I fell and had to go to the ER. Something needs to be done with the surface around the pool. I can see a child running as they do and slipping and cracking their head open.

Great staff! Adam, and Amber have been so pleasant during our stay. Breakfast is delicious with a variety to choose from. Rooms are very clean, and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here at the Hampton! I highly recommend The Hampton. Family friendly, too!

My daughter (12) called down to the front desk for another blanket and the lady on duty told her “you must be mistaken. We don’t do that kind of service here.” rude! Then my husband had to call down to rectify and we were given a blanket. Not cool to talk to your children guests like they are a bother or not important. This is not a frills hotel but it was clean.

The breakfasts were so so. Typical motel breakfasts. Staff were great. Room was excellent however had some peculiar noises.We alerted the staff and they said they would look into it.

Overall, very satisfied. Every staff member encountered was fruendly and curtious. The rooms were clean and VERY comfortable. Breakfast had many options and the space was stylish and comfirtable.

We really enjoyed our stay here, from the moment we walked in, it smelled clean & fresh, the staff at the front desk were very nice & helpful & the breakfast blew my mind as they offered different options everyday we were there, hot fresh breakfast! The area is in a prime location, every & any store or restaurant is right there or within a short drive! Highly recommend, the only thing we would suggest is allowing for the rooms to be a little cooler, our room was pretty hot every night.

I was scheduled for a 2-night stay but had to check out a day earlier due to incoming snowstorm. The hotel graciously agreed to refund my second night stay. The hotel is very close to the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak and majestic snow-capped mountains are all visible. Great location.

We’re on a cross country trip from west to east coast staying at Hampton Inn along the way. This was our 3rd Hampton Inn stop so far…and also by far the best: check-in, greeting/help from Lacey at the front desk, parking lot (ease, space , etc.) and room (cleanliness, greeting on the tv in room, etc.). Well done, Lacey and Hampton Inn Colorado Springs crew! 10/10!!!

There was a very loud air vent on the wall above and over the bed. It never let up all night. I called the front desk. A kind receptionist brought me some cotton balls to plug my ears. I stay in Hampton Inn whenever i can. This was the worst night I've ever had at one of your hotels.
