I don't want to tell you how amazing it is because we want to keep it all to ourselves
Definitely big enough for a group but due to poor weather it ended up just being me my fiance and our two dogs. It was negative 30 degrees out at night and I was worried about it. But wow, it was so cozy and warm. The owners were so attentive. Was absolutely perfect. Will definitely be visiting again.

Cozy, quaint, fully stocked!
We rented this property to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family from across the country and it didn't disappoint. Secluded enough to make you feel like you're roughing it, but close enough to Columbia Falls and Kalispell that you can easily run into town for something. Teresa welcomed us shortly after we arrived and made sure we knew all the ins and outs of the property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out a bit, but it was cozy enough to bring us all close together in the evenings. Teresa also gave us some pointers on hiking trails and even had the cabin stocked with bear spray so we were ready to explore easily. The kids loved playing croquet, bags, and ladder golf, and the internet service was good enough that we caught our share of Thanksgiving football. I also feel like it's worth mentioning that they have excellent water pressure and the plenty of hot water for a group! Overall, a lovely property situated in a wonderful place run by very kind people. You won't be disappointed!

Heaven on Earth!
This property and cabin was exactly what we needed to just forget the world for awhile. Couldn’t ask for better hosts, kind and informative. Was a pleasure to meet them. The cabin is absolutely stunning and peaceful. We definitely will be back!

Family Gathering
Our stay at the Ready property was absolutely amazing! Our hosts were easy to communicate with, kind, and informative. The home was extremely well-appointed, with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, towels, etc. Bed were comfy and baths were great. Kids enjoyed all the outdoor games on the property. The outdoor picnic table was perfect for our large group. So many wonderful memories for our family. Thank you Readys!

Amazing secluded peaceful
Our family, 10, of us stayed at the Ready’s log cabin in Columbia Falls. It was amazing! The wildlife was all around and no neighbors, close by. It was the perfect mountain get away- we spent most meals as a family around the large dinner table♥️ it was a restful and relaxing week. The cabin truly was a perfect in Every way for our family. Will return again hopefully one day.

Absolutely loved this place!
Our family of nine stayed three nights. The property was peaceful and secluded, but a short 15 minute drive to Columbia Falls and a 30 minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. There were outdoor games and a hot tub that we all enjoyed. Our host was so nice and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin and the surrounding land are enveloped in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and every amenity was available. Teresa and Brett were extremely helpful and friendly. We cannot rate this high enough. A fantastic place in a fantastic location.

Even though I saw pictures of the property before our arrival, it was really better than I anticipated. I knew the overall size and the number of bedrooms, etc. but arriving and seeing it first hand was so much better! The cabin was clean, spacious, welcoming and stocked with everything you could imagine. The host greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the cabin, so we knew where everything was, she was warm and so friendly. We brought our dog (pets allowed) and he was welcomed as well, she did say there was a ‘no pets on the furniture policy’ when we got there, but she had an area with locking doors (that little doggo can see through) to put our fur baby in. It worked beautifully! For those of you that sleep with your dog (pet) in your bed, if you take the downstairs bedroom and leave the door open, they can see you. Our dog that has never slept a night without us, didn’t make a peep there. It was fantastic. The bathroom (with an amazing jetted tub that we didn’t have time to enjoy) was prepared for everything. The kitchen has all the appliances and dishes you may need, the fridge had basic condiments and the freezer even had chilled beer mugs! We never went outside without encountering deer, so if that’s something you’re not used to, it’s quite a joy! Somehow i missed the fact that there was a hot tub!!! Soooo, we didn’t get the chance to use it, but we plan to next time. Our visit was to see family, so we will visit often, and this is where we will stay.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The "cabin" is a full home with everything we needed plus things we did not dream of. The owners seem to have thought of everything and were very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Also, everything was extremely clean! The owners take great pride in maintaining a high quality home and they cared about our experience on their property and on vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We found the location perfect for our purposes of hiking in Glacier, The Bob Marshall and the Swan Mountains. There are restaurants nearby as well as shopping in Whitefish. Five Stars!

Cabin in the woods
This was a cabin in a beautiful setting for our wedding, but had a few quirks. We had yellow jackets throughout the yard, and a couple of our guests were stung. The stairs which flow into the yard are a bit loose, and guests had to be careful stepping down each tread. The owners do live onsight, in another building, so the location is not private. Otherwise, this rental was stocked well, had a positive vibe throughout, and provided everything we needed. It was wonderful, and created a very positive venue for us. We appreciate the Ready's for their hospitality.

We came as strangers and left as friends. Brett and Teresa are incredible humans!
I can’t brag enough about the hospitality and kindness. Teresa gave us a hike through their beautiful woods up to a lovely waterfall and a clearing where you can see for miles and miles. We got to see their granddaughter compete in the local rodeo and had coffee and chats on the porch overlooking the mountains. The house and property are gorgeous, and we didn’t want to leave. We look forward to coming back and can’t thank them enough for the wonderful time and memories made. Psalm 133:1🙏🏼💕

It was a wonderful fairly remote property that was very quiet. Everything needed to entertain both adults and children. The hosts live onsite (up the ways in the barn) and were helpful with providing property information when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this as a true log cabin Montana experience!

My wife and I chose the cabin while searching for an anniversary get away. We honeymooned in the Rockies and Montana was our favorite. The Ready’s provide that. The cabin was perfect for us. We saw how an extended family would enjoy it also. Everything is there for cooking out, kids and adult lawn games, full kitchen, horses, deer, wild turkey’s, etc. Most important was gracious hosts who gave privacy and responded quickly to questions or needs. 10 stars on a 5 star scale. We’ll be back.

Spartan Trip Getaway
My Spartan team came to Montana for a race. We loved this home! Plenty of space to relax and the rooms were comfortable. The area was very quiet and relaxing and it fun seeing deer in the yard often. Teresa was super nice and helpful. The hot tub and sauna were amazing for relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Ms. Theresa was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. The cabin was spotless and VERY well stocked. The only thing you need to pack is your toothbrush. Charming and homey touches throughout the entire cabin. Would stay here again!

Great cozy cabin for long weekend away
The cabin was beautiful. Teresa and Brett had everything we could have needed available. It was so nice to cook a Thanksgiving dinner in this lovely setting. We saw several deer and a flock of wild turkeys while we were there. Definitely a great place for a family getaway.

We really didn’t know what to expect coming to cabin we didn’t know, working with owners we didn’t know, in a state we’d not been. The cabin was perfect having every living accessory needed for the perfect trip. What a getaway in the woods. That’s where the owners, living in close proximity, came through. She came over and went through the house and property with us and answered all our hundreds of questions. Gave us great conversation as well about life, horses, and grandkids. They made Montana feel like we’d been there many times. The cabin was large but cozy. Couldn’t have been a greater trip.

We took our granddaughter, her fiance, and our 1 year old great granddaughter for a mini vacation. The cabin was perfect. The owners were very nice and helpful. We saw deer while sitting in the hot tub. We saw turkeys and elk a few miles from the cabin. Thank you Teresa and Brett.

Montana sibling reunion
This home is the perfect Montana log home with space, beautiful views and all the comforts of home. The owners live next door and are very responsive. There is plenty of seating indoors and outside on the wraparound porch (one side of which overlooks the horse corral). There is also a huge picnic table and fun things set up to do outside in the yard. The house itself is four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Because of the porch shading the windows, the living room and dining room seemed too dimly lit but that was a minor thing. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and lots of spices and condiments as well. We had a great time!

Hot July Weather
We found the log cabin as advertised but somewhat worn out and in need of updates, pretty much the whole property. The manager was responsive and helpful. The main problem is it was very hot and without air conditioning the upstairs, where most bedrooms are, was too hot for sleeping. The manager did provide 2 room air conditioners but it wasn't close to being enough. I caution others to follow the weather as the heat was unbearable.

Awesome visit to Columbia Falls Montana
The Ready rental property was just amazing. True log cabin at the base of a beautiful mountain. The house was perfect and the owners Brett and Theresa were great. we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed every minute we were there. Only a couple comments to add.. the details said the house was 2 and 1/2 bath but the half bath was a port-a-pot in the driveway. Never really used it much but why it was included in the listing was odd. the other questionable item was the additional cash payment that was due at check-in to cover the credit card charges. I was told about this charge but not that it had to be cash or what it was for. I don't understand why I had to pay the credit card fees. that should have been part of the nightly charges. In all we had the best time and would love to rent this property again. Thank you Brett and Theresa !!!

Wonderfully homey in a quiet, secluded location yet close to Kalispell, Whitefish, and Glacier NP. The porches where people could have “quiet time” or visit with others were our favorite, and the hot tub was a real hit! We would stay here again.
