I had an easy and fast check in, staff was friendly. I loved how spacious the rooms are, water pressure in bathroom was good and the beds were very comfortable. I did have issues with items in the room (microwave not working- tv disconnected from internet often - phone cable was not working) I think rooms need to be updated, also the room and hallway were dirty and some things were hazardous for small children. (Wall outlets are visible my 18 month old kept trying to disconnect lamp and wall outlet was loose)

When I arrived customer service was great, because my family and I rented 3 rooms. but after I went to my room that’s when the disaster begins. .1 bathroom shower was dirty with a brown color and hair in the tub. I went back to the front desk to report it ,and the young man that was working at the reception desk told me that’s how the tub is . 2. The tissue holder was broken 3. Phones does so in bedrooms 4. There was a loud noise coming from the AC unit. So I went back to the front desk to report it. And that’s when I got a room change. 5. All floors smell like mariguana. 6. I was surprised on the morning of my check out around after 8:00 Am there was a knocking on my door, and although I had the do not disturb sign on my door, the front desk receptionist went above my request to disturb me.when I answered the door. She states that she was just checking to see if I already checked out because some rooms along with mine was showing that we were check out which is unacceptable, because check out time is at 11:00Am. This hotel was not up to my standards but because it was paid for I just go with the flow. I think I should be compensated for all the uncomfortable accommodation.
