Checked in, all was well. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Went to the room, clean smelled good. Would definitely give brownie points for clean! Next morning went to get in the shower, turn the water on, and the water would not drain, gobs of hair backed up into the bathtub. So, we didn’t get a shower before we left. Went to the front desk to turn in my keys and told the young man at the desk about the problems and he just asked, “Do you need a receipt?

Upon arrival phone and TV non operational. Holes in bathroom door, bathroom floors dirty. Staff very helpful and friendly and moved us to another room where all was in working order.

I only offer reviews if I have something good to say. This property was a great stay... from check in to check out. The room was very comfortable. And the staff was pleasant. I will stay here again if the need arises.

the breakfast is fine: hot-ish buffet. (you can make your own waffle, egg & cheese, sausage, biscuit) the motel is clean. i had no problem with my room, and everything seems to work fine. you get what you pay for, and this is a little better than what you pay for. what you don't get is a warm room. i realize last night was cold, but: the weatherstripping on the door is visibly bad, i can feel a draft when i sit at the work desk, and the curtain is positioned over the air conditioner/heater, so that when it turns on and blows air, instead of going into the room, it goes up between the curtain and the window, blowing the curtain out but keeping most of the heat away. i woke up cold, had to put on a sweater, and at one point considered putting on a coat, as well -- despite the heater being turned up to 80. i can feel the hot air coming out, it's just going out the window or the door.

Good location
It was a basic hotel room, no frills. But the room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was in a very convenient location and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

They had loud music playing in the parking lot all night long. The bathroom was dirty with markings on the walls and the dresser was missing a drawer.

Quiet property and about a 30 minute drive from Starkville, MS. Relatively close to the usual shopping places and the staff was warm and welcoming.

The wall paper was peeling off the wall where there had previous water damage and there was mold in the room. The sink had no water pressure and developed a leak. Maintenance man fixed the leak and the pressure. My wife had to go sleep in the car the second night as someone was smoking in the room next to it and the room reaked. I went ahead and got up and packed and left as I wasn’t going to let her sleep in the car as the area was a little seedy. You should not book people into this motel.

The room was a nice size and check-in went well. The staff was nice. The bathroom smelled like smoke, in a non-smoking room. The bathroom also needed to be cleaned a little more, there was mildew.

Great value for the money
Overall I would give my stay a 10! I was there for a funeral and just needed a place to stay. They had the best rate, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good too. It is not luxurious, but it is a good value.
