Unpleasant stay
This townhome was anything but cozy. First day there, we found roaches coming out of cabinets where clean towels were put and dust all over the glasses. Washer was dirty also. This was our only bad experience with a place we rented. We were told that there was nothing they could do about the roaches that they are part of nature. We did not pay for a camping trip. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

Good Location for Stay in the Woodlands
My family stayed here for a Thanksgiving week soccer tournament in The Woodlands and enjoyed it. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, the freeway, and the fields where the games are played.

quiet getaway
It was a nice place to just get away alone and enjoy the quiet time in this tucked away place amidst the trees of the Woodlands. It was also close enough to get to shopping and restaurants quickly and back. Enjoyed the solitude.

Nice quiet location
Nice location. Very quiet. Nice amenities but there is a flight of stairs which made carrying stroller a little difficult. Lots of good restaurants nearby and plenty of room for baby to feel comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Looks are deceiving
After a traffic filled drive I got there late only to have the code not work. Thankfully owner was there and gave us the old code. Beds were dated and duvets old. Neither had the matching pillow cases. Had to put pillow cases on stored pillows. While doing a load of delicates I opened the dryer to find damp smelly sheets. I REDID THE SHEETS because owner wanted me to just throw them in a corner. Porch was uninviting and did not resemble the profile picture. Packing tape on guest room vents. My daughter came and stayed 3 nights and she said bed was uncomfortable. My master bed was comfortable. Owner offered to pay me back some because of the sheet episode. I was not going to accept it but now I feel she should.

Not a lot of great things to say about this rental unfortunately. There were dirty sheets on the bed when we arrived, an extremely moldy shower curtain and shower in master bedroom, paint chips falling off the ceiling in bathrooms, uncomfortable couch and dining table, one of the two locks on front door did not work. The place did not feel very safe. The kitchen looked as if it had been recently updated, so that was ok. The condo manager did not seem very helpful and was dismissive of our concerns. Overall, we did not feel comfortable staying here and don’t feel the other reviews matched what we experienced.

Woodlands Escape
This property is beautiful! Special touches and decor make for a great home away from home. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was perfect for us. Highly recommend...unless you have difficulty climbing stairs. The unit is on the second floor above the garages. We will definitely rent again!

The Woodlands Escape is a little slice of heaven. It is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time there, and we were excited to be able to bring our doggie with us. Y’all have thought of everything. Great place to stay!
Needing to get the family out on a vacation during C19 and visit some family in that part of TX, we stayed at this lovely place. It’s on the second floor condo over the other residents surprisingly quite garages. Being up high give you lovely views of the surroundings trees and you almost feel like your staying at a cabin in the forest. Our stay was quite and peaceful. Enjoying morning coffee on the deck and family time in the living room. Plus, all the amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms or laundry a family might need. The place is super clean (to my mothers standards) and all the decor made it feel homely. It’s close to grocery stores and local shops (the nearby donut shop is fantastic, yeah kolaches!). If you want to venture further out, it’s close to main roads to get you downtown in the Woodlands or onto the highway. Parking is limited but we never had a problem finding a spot. Additionally, there is plenty of space to take our dog for a walk around the neighborhood. It was a real treat to stay there with the family and our dog for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely keep this place at the top of our list for future stays when visiting those relatives again.

Great Escape
We came for a 3 day getaway and to visit friends. The townhouse was more than excellent. Yvonne is a great host who communicates well. Everything was sparkling clean and worked. They even had a welcome sign with our name on it next to the front door. The location is perfect. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Morning coffee on the front porch was very nice. If you are coming to The Woodlands stay here. You'll be glad you did.
