The property looks brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful but inside the room the furniture looks older and they have a carpet strip glued the the wall and that was falling off and was hiding crumbling plaster. I spite of that the bed was comfortable and very spacious. The towels were the softest I have ever had in ANY hotel! I would stay here again. They are pet friendly but the $35 non refundable pet deposit is high.

smelled like pee and smoke in the lobby. Felt like a hospital from the 1970's. Staff very rough around the edges. Worst place I've stayed in years and years.

Little rough getting out of during rush hour, would be nice if they had a cut theough to road back by sams club so you can get to the light.

my wife and I had reservations for last night, but in the morning, we both contacted some type of bug, and were very sick all day..We needed a place to lay down to try to get better..we called the front desk about 1pm and told the lady at the desk what our situation was and she immediately got a room cleaned and ready for us..I did not catch her name, but she is a major star for you, and would like for her to know just how much we appreciated her going out of the way to help us..I failed to get her name but she did tell me that she was a military child..

This was a nice stay for the price. There was plenty of parking and the staff was nice. Our room was clean for the most part. There was some of the siding on the wall that was peeling off that they hid with a chair. There was also some splatter of something (that seemed like dried blood) on the wall by the bed. It wasn’t a lot, but it was enough to notice. We also were woken up by housekeeping early in the morning because we forgot to put out the do not disturb sign on our door. I figured they would know someone was still in the room until we checked out. The bed was comfortable and clean. The fridge kept things cool.

I didnt like how noisy the hotel is, i can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. I also wish there was a shelf in the bathroom.

We had to find a place to stay because of traffic delay and traveling was small children. We found availability here even though it was late and the whole check in process was smooth and efficient. Staff very friendly and a smiling face was appreciated after a long drive in the rain.

I would give this property a 5 star rating if the actual rooms were up to par. The cleanliness, staff, common areas and parking were all fantastic. The ability to easily access and leave was great. Convenient location as well. The only thing that really needs an overhaul are the rooms. Very dated as far as furniture and finishes. The tv console in our room had apparently gotten wet during some sort of flood and the bottom was falling apart. Our room also had a dehumidifier in it which led me to believe there were moisture issues. Yuck. Other than the room itself the hotel and stay were great. We were there for a few days with our team for the state basketball championships (which we won) and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everything was taken care of. If the rooms get updated this would be a 5 star for sure in my opinion minus having a restaurant/bar on property.

This was our first time staying at a Country Inn and Suites and we enjoyed it! The hotel was pet friendly as we travel with our great dane a lot. And the staff was wonderful too, they made us a fresh pot of coffee, hot water for tea, and gave our pet some treats. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. We didn't have anything negative about our stay or the hotel.

Clean & comfortable. I would’ve given a five but the bathtub faucet is steadily dripping and bathroom sink is a slow drain. The food was warm and plentiful. Not great. Tasting coffee or hot chocolate. The staff were friendly and healthy. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful and was looking oit for their guests. Will definitely stay there hands down anytime. Just wish they had an indoor pool or hot tub. Perfect location and not able to hear the traffic.

The hotel was okay. The room seemed clean at first glance but there was something on the floor was dog was licking that I wiped up, there was hair stuck to the wall, nail clippings on the floor, and the baseboards were coming off the wall with nails exposed. When picked my dog’s bowl off the floor, the bottom was disgusting. I’m not sure it had really been cleaned.

It did smell like smoke on our floor. I am assuming they had smoking and nonsmoking rooms on the same floor. However, our room did not smell of smoke just we just covered our mouth and nose as we walked down the hall to elevator.
