This cozy cottage has a great location!! It is conveniently located 1 mile from the Magnolia Regional Health Center, 1 mile from Hwy 45, and less than a mile from the crossroads arena.. All of the restaurants, shopping, and tourists attractions are within minutes of this house. This newly remodeled house has all of your necessary amenities including a fully furnished kitchen, linens, and washer and dryer. You will feel like you are right at home !!

Very nice and clean location
We truly enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and comfortable. Only recommend getting it lit up at night. It was so dark I was nervous to step outside at night. But very safe location and easy to get around town

We used the property for an out of town employee for several weeks. The property manager was so helpful to work with when we need to extend his stay.

Lovely home
The house was very nice. My only problem was noisy neighbors, people shooting, & setting off loud explosions in the field nearby. This happened my entire 5 night stay. Ridiculous
