1 bedroom 1 full bath condo right off North Beach, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave 4 burners and oven, sleeps up to 4 adults 2 kids( one queen bed, one pull out sofa bed, 2 kids bunk bed) additional adults may charge extra room service fees, full bathroom with tub and shower, private balcony with sun bath chairs, Large TV cable program, free WIFI,washer/dryer on first floor of each building, 2 pools- a Heated pool and a large heated outdoor pool right in front of the suite, 4 barbecue area's, one fitness room, meeting room, has 24 hours Front desk( $15 registration fees) , Near beach restaurant, parks and fishing piers, Walking distance the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington.
This condo has been freshly renovated laminate floors, painted walls, bathroom....
Daily (2 nights minimum), weekly, monthly rates.
Free WIFI and Cable TV. Laundry room is on every floor.
New bathtub and set of shower faucet.
Building 3 elevator is now back in service. Thank you for your patience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches when we woke up the next day. (I would hang moisture bags throughout to prevent this) Otherwise we had a great time!

Good little getaway
I enjoyed the stay and the condo! My only complaint is that the elevator didn’t work and since this was a pitstop on the way to a week business trip I had luggage and climbing up 3 flights of steps was very cruel! Tips It’s best to have a rental because food is scares in the area. The beach sand was not friendly either, lol we headed to mustang beach where the water was absolutely beautiful and clear and the sand was so soft and beautiful. Communication with the owner was great. The bed was not as comfortable as I like but it slept well. The couch was comfy!

Very small 1bd 1bath with a couch pull out and a set of bunk beds. The room itself wasn’t too bad, we didn’t need much than a place to crash at night anyway. The complex itself is under so strict ion and in rough shape. The elevator doesn’t work in the building the room is in, so prepare to climb the stairs to the top floor. The host was very easy to communicate with and was fast to reply.

We understand this is not a hotel and its someone's vacation property. What we didnt appreciate at all was not being told that the elevator up up to the 4th floor unit was broken until AFTER we made all the payments to Vrbo. I mean thank god we weren't elderly or disabled. The bedroom smelled of urine and mold and the unit overall smelled of mildew and mold. The bathroom door also didnt latch or stay closed and there was no lock on the slidng door. The parking was a race to get a coveted spot in the garage which we seemed to lose always and there is a fee to check in. There are almost NO restaurants around unless you drive 5 to 10 miles. The whole area looks like its stuck in 1991. The pool was dirty and packed with drinking and pot smoking teens. Basically we would not visit this area again.

Wonderful experience
My wife, daughter, and I had an excellent time on our stay. The location was perfect with easy beach access. The property was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. We will certainly be staying again in the future.Thanks Frank for the experience!
