Excellent location! Quick walk to the marina area and downtown. Quick drive to all other sights. Very clean but freezing cold so the a/c could have been turned down alot. The parking fee is a joke considering there are completely open lots behind and across from the hotel.

Our parking fee has been implemented to ensure the safety and security of all our guests and their vehicles. We had a great stay. The location was very good for what we wanted to do

I was honestly surprised at how quiet it was and the cleanliness of it . All of the staff that we encountered were super nice . I’m very picky with hotel especially with having a toddler and I really liked it .

This hotel is in the best area of Corpus Christi, I liked it! But the cleaning is not good and you can hear everything in the hallways from the room.

Had a room confirmation only to find out apparently if you live in Corpus they will not rent to you and we found that out unfortunately upon checkin at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. We were left scrambling last minute to find a room.

The breakfast was phenomenal!! I have never stayed at another hotel that had a better breakfast. It was well stocked and well manned. Very clean! The food was diverse, seasoned and perfect temperature. I loved the walk-in shower. I wished that the cleaning crew would pay more attention to the corners of the floors and ceilings. I have pretty high standards for cleanliness and that is the only reason that I gave this property a 4 out of 5.

This location had the best coffee we have had in a long while. The hot breakfast was excellent with a nice variety during each of our 7 day stay. Be prepared to pay for parking ($10 per day) which we did not know.

Please understand, we are in the heart of downtown Corpus Christi ,it does get loud on busy weekends. I hope this doesn't discourage you from visiting us again.Thank you for your feedback.
Really enjoy staying at this property each time we visit Corpus. Always clean and staff has been great. Wasn’t happy about new policy of having to pay to park when we are staying here. Please have this policy reviewed since we are in an economy now that everyone is getting charged more and more. Thank you.

The location is in a really good location that made it easy for my daughter and I to get to A&M CC to tour! There was alot to walk to which made it fun and easy. The free breakfast was really good! The staff was very friendly and accomodating, especially Zeke! The ONLY negative that I have was that the balcony doors do not open and I was not made aware of that when I booked the reservation. I DEF would not have booked had I known that. The beach/ocean hotels should have access to their balconies and have outdoor seating.

Cons - Not the quietest stay for me. Heard the constant humming of the AC chillers. Then children screaming at 6am thru the wall. Shower made a very loud sound when the hot water was on. It almost felt like something would burst thru the shower wall.
Pro - Location has easy access to restaurants nearby.

Is 2024 this Hotel is stuck in 1990.. Tv is old outdated, cable old, Toilet old sounds like a elementary school toilet, room phone disconnected, refrigerator old,coffee marker old everything is Oldddddddd!!! Nothing to do. The receptionist Crimson was polite very professional and helpful. Will I visit again??? No

Needs updating, staff was untrained and unprofessional but the rooms weren’t bad just not great. I’d stay here in a pinch but not as a first choice or even a second choice.
Staff was very Fri though so I hate saying they were untrained or unprofessional because they were so nice but it was very clear they needed some more help on how to talk to customers properly

Didnt even get to stay paid for reservation then went to front desk because i was a local of corpus christi i could have stayed anywhere but i chose there they need to be clear about that before they let u pay online and waste ur time and night what a disappointment night was ruined what a inconvenience and mood spoiler thanks best western

The location is great!! We had a nice view of the water. The breakfast is an added perk. Fresh waffles were nice. The water pressure was not great. The front desk and breakfast were fantastic.
