I’m not quite sure how to rate this hotel. It was different set up then I’m use to. Our first hotel room was decent you can tell it’s an older place we checked in around 9:30/10. We have young children and being excited to check in and getting settled we received a phone call from the front desk saying there was a noise complaint because our “neighbor” could hear our baby crying. Not being loud but hearing our baby cry, my apologies for having children, but at a hotel what do people expect. The front desk was alright while handling the matter but said this was our first warning. Most of the blame should be on the complaint but to keep matters civil we offered to relocate rooms if needed. So we did, to the other side of the building. We end up in a room that was much more damaged and run down, but it slept.

Our room was infested with mold on the bedding and furniture. To my understanding because of my reservation pricing thru my loyalty with Expedia because my rates were low they figured they could put me in a cheap room. I had my children with us they didn’t refund my money they moved us to a different room and I still had clean the other room before bringing my belongings in there.

At breakfast I heard people saying that "we always stay here" meaning that the property has been around for a while and has built up a following. I would certainly stay there again. While some of the newer places have shinier chrome and a workout room, this is simply a good place to rest for the night.

The staff was hard working, well organized, and very friendly. I enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard in the manicured court yard as well. There were a few well behaved kids playing as well - just a happy place to be. It's an older facility. I only had half of the toilet paper dispenser on the wall so the toilet paper had to reside on the top of the toilet (room 105). Other than that everything was perfect for this price point.

The outside was cute and the people were friendly. It was a quiet Saturday night. But the ac didn’t cool the room enough and the bed was very uncomfortable! We both woke up sore. Tue shower didn’t spray right and was more like washing under a water hose than a shower.

Breakfast smelled great but you HAD to eat in the cafe and there was limited seat so I didn't get to eat. Horrible pet policy given to you when you get there for check in. Policy stated only dogs under 30 lbs, but there was a Pit Bull staying in the room above me that they kept taking outside without a leash. No enforcement of pet policies but definitely a fee for pets. Parking lot was littered with trash, looks like someone changed their oil there and left everything there for my entire stay. I opened curtains to get some light and windows were full of mold so it did little good. Never again!!!!!

As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled like someone was smoking in it. That's because in the room next to us, someone was! The smoke creeped through the door that connects rooms next to each other... Not cool. Luckily, they left the next day and we didn't have to worry about the smoke anymore. Next, we booked a kitchenette and the stove had only one knob for one burner out of 4. There were no amenities in the room to use the kitchen other than the stove and full size refrigerator; we had to bring our own utensils and pots/pans and plates. The room also had a sofa bed, which we did plan on using, but there were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and when I asked the front desk for some, they said they did not supply them... Why have a kitchenette and sofa bed when you don't supply your customers with the proper things to use in a room with those options..? If I would have known that, I would have booked a cheaper room with two beds. The only good things about this hotel are the pool and the breakfast. Other than that, the property is completely unacceptable... I will not be staying there again unless I can go back it time and stay there when the property was in much better shape.

First off let me say the ladies here were wonderful! They were super friendly and the breakfast they provided was very good with pretty good options. They have three different cereal types, waffles (two self served waffle machines), eggs, bacon, and toast. Our room was okay. We did have a couple of dead roaches that greeted us, no big deal. But it could have been a little better. What I thought made the property not so great was all the rotted wood on the stairs. As we were going up, you could see where parts of the wood were really really bad. Even one of the beams was super loose and was shaking when someone accidentally hit it with their bag. I was super nervous to have the car under there. It wasn't horrible, but it could use some improvements.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is less than zero stars from the disgusting mold covered bathroom alone. Beware. I’ve attached photos of the bathroom in our room, I went to the front desk to attempt to change rooms but of course, they were booked up. Not only that, but the lady in the front said verbatim, “it’s not mold it’s moisture, I put that on everything” and also “we just got an inspection it’s not mold”. Well you tell me what these photos look like. I’ve never seen “moisture” turn black on the walls of an unventilated bathroom. So beware, especially if you have elderly/infants or respiratory isssues in your party. Also attached is photo of bug in the bathtub AND stains on one of the pillows and blanket. And to finish the fire alarm was broken. They clearly don’t wash the bed sheets or blankets. Not to mention there was hairs in the sink so they didn’t clean that either. There’s so many bad things to say about this place. Just…terrible avoid at all costs.

The place was nice looking, had nice painted walls, floor boards were perfectly placed. But in our room, the toilet paper holder was broken and the beds were too hard for my husband and I. My kids enjoyed the beds though. I do want to say the staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I sure did give the night shift guy a scare though. We checked in but didn't go to the room right away. We went to dinner and to explore a bit. Afterwards when it was dark we headed back to the hotel. We were headed to our room and tired, I have anxiety and I had a cranky baby to put to bed so I panicked when I saw our room number and the first available window and noticed it was occupied. Thought the room was double booked. I anxiety-ed out, hopefully I didn't come across as mean. I do apologize for it. I had a lot on my mind and my anxiety took over. He was very calm, cool, and collected and handled everything with the greatest of ease. Turns out we were looking through the wrong window, whoops! Give that guy a raise! If anyone needs a place to stay for the weekend I recommend this place.

Blood on comforter, room wasn’t ready, mattress spring poking out. Asked for a refund due to my daughter hurting herself and the property manager didn’t want to help us out. SMH

I would not recommend this property, it was dirty and not clean. The bathroom light didn’t work I told the front desk,we were there for 3 nights and never got fixed, they didnt even have enough pillows for our room. It was dirty and plain nasty. I will never stay here again. Roaches everywhere! Don’t waste your money you will be very disappointed!
