always good at nereida's
as usual our stay was super apart from one person who seemed to run the breakfast room in the mornings and the resturaunt in the evening. she was very rude to us in the mornings on two occasions and again in the evening.we did bring this up with a member of staff called nicki, a very helpful young lady who said she will have words with veronica. after this her attitude changed dramatically. we will be coming down again later in the year but may look elsewhere as this treatment was uncalled for and was very upsetting.

Very enjoyable from check in to check out we had breakfast included which was excellent we also had lunch most days,great choces and excellent value the bar staff we very nice anx ghe beer was great I will definitely be going back

No sleep at this hotel!
We didn't sleep well at all at this hotel. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything from the rooms nearby including babies crying and people's alarms. The rooms and corridors were outdated. Our room had a strong smell of smoke even though we had asked for a non-smoking room. The pool was overlooked by apartments which felt weird because we were overlooked by people on their balconies while we were sunbathing. The breakfast was ok. We wouldn't stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here.

Good afternoon Mrs. Jennifer, Thankyou very much for your coments, this will help us to improve our future services. We are not sure of how many days you stayed in our hotel, but the first night is always not a good of night sleep due to change of place/bed etc to your home. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your standards and that you could not sleep correctly due to the noise in the night, as sometimes this is something that is out of our hands, if for example on a weekend the village is busy and there is more movement unfortunatelly we have no way of controling this, our night gard keeps the hotel safe and quite during the night and most of our customer are very resfectful in this matter, but as you may understand this is something that we can not control. Every year we renew as much as possible in our hotel to keep it up to standars, we renew bedrooms, funiture, new bathrooms etc, we are sorry if you were given a room that was not yet all renewd. In regards to the apartments in front and the terreces, we can not control the people who sit on their own properties balconies. But this does not mean you should feel overlooked, the hotel is situated in this place and these apartments have there balconies overlooking our swimming pool, and we can not help this fact, if the owners wish to sit on there balcony in this high heat of the summer, but i am sure this is not such of a prolblem as there is o harm or disconfort from anybody. We are greatful that you enjoyed our breakfast sevrices and we totally understand that we can not meet everybodys expectatives. We try our best to content all of our customers in every way possible, and due to this we have build over the years a confortable welcoming familly envaierment hotel with many customers who repeat every year. Nice family- friendly hotel
Great staff, very welcoming and accommodating to our family- with energetic toddler! Excellent outdoor area with swimming pools and activities for children. Buffet style breakfast and dinner was great with plenty of choice for adults and children alike. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Chilled out family hotel
I love this chilled out hotel. The rooms are basic, and what you would expect with a three star hotel. I stayed with my boys. The bathroom was a bit tired, but adequate and clean. What I like is the warm welcome you receive at this hotel. They will do their best to accommodate you. You can bring your dog. I don't have one but enjoyed the others. I like the big four poster beds around the pool which lends a boutiquey air to the place, the comfy outdoor sofas where they will deliver a large cocktail. There is a small play area for smaller kids, and table tennis. The buffet is plentiful with lots of local dishes to sample. The hotel is situated a few blocks back from the sea. 5-10 minutes walk. It is worth having a bike in Estartit as although the backdrop is mountainous, it is flat. There are some nice rides to Torella de Montgri, through the fields on quiet roads or one of the many cycle paths. The hotel will accommodate bikes in a lock up store in the basement. Everything was perfect. Great room, good drinks and friendly staff. Location just a few minutes from the beach the location is great and we were more than pleased with our decision to stay there.

El hotel es correcto. La cena poca variedad pero de calidad y bien cocinado. El desayuno muy bien. Nosotros fuimos un fin se semana de octubre y el sabado a las 19 cuando llegamos habia una musica muy alta en la piscina del hotel nosotros estabamos en el segundo piso y la TV no se escuchaba. A las 21 paro pero continuo una musica mas suave y la gente en el bar con ruido hasta las 12/12.30 que se fue marchando y pudimos dormir. No se si es cada dia solo fines de semana.

C’est incroyable le bruit et le non respect des touristes! Jusqu’à pas d’heure! L’établissement devrait sévir ! L’hôtel est bien situé animé, le petit déjeuner super. Mais ce bruit tard dans la nuit est dérangeant.

Todo perfecto como siempre . Servicio de Limpieza excelente y súper Antento. Esta vez nos tocó una habitación con el cuarto de baño algo a antiguo pero en general la Estancia muy buena sobre todo por el personal.

Hôtel agréable « à première vue »
10 jours passés dans cet hôtel : des points positifs mais aussi des points négatifs. Au niveau de la propreté, tout était bien : la chambre / les espaces à partager… Un service de bar / restauration est disponible sur place donc pratique. Le petit déjeuner à volonté servit le matin est top, avec une multitude de choix. Cependant, le prix du buffet du soir est cher par rapport à la qualité des produits servis et du choix disponible, c’est dommage… Le personnel de l’hôtel était peu agréable, hormis les agents de la propreté qui étaient les seuls à nous adresser un sourire. C’est un hôtel familial, si vous venez pour passer des vacances calmes et tranquilles, c’est n’est pas le lieu. Aussi, notre chambre donnait sur le bord de la route et beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit : prévoyez les boulquies.

Contentos con su comentario positivo acerca de la limpieza y de la atencion y am,abilidad del personal encargada de la misma además del servicio buffet del desayuno y del Bar. Lamentamos que el buffet de la noche no fuera de su agrado . Si que podemos decirle que los productos con los que se elaboran el menu del buffet son de primera calidad. Ustedes realizaron su estancia en pleno mes de agosto que es cuando hay mas concentración de turitas y el pueblo es mas bullicioso . Quizas si hubieran venido en otras fechas hubieran estado más tranquilos. Saludos.

Habitaciones nada insonorizadas con el exterior y estando en la habitacion superior se escuchaba todo el ruido exterior. Mucho jaleo por acumulación de turismo (zona poco tranquila) y paso de motos y coches con escape libre. Dificil descanso nocturno por lo que durante el dia lo acusas.
