“I randomly picked this hotel for my trip to Cartagena. Overall, it was a good experience. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. The pool was wonderful. ”

“My husband & I had a great experience overall at the hotel. The room and hotel itself very nice and clean our room very clean comfortable. The staff very nice and attentive ready to assist in anything you need. The restaurant is good I just would like to see more breakfast options in the buffet not much to select from. Also the hotel is wonderful but the area surrounding average, not dangerous when you walk around but you should be on point. The good things though cops patrol the area……

“Close to the airport but getting a taxi / Uber to other points of interest in Cartagena is easy. Room ok with pleasant view. Have a small pool on the rooftop for relaxing. Restaurant food just so so. ”

“Very nice hotel, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. I love how close it was to the walled city and how there are drivers on site. Beautiful views, I would stay again. Only thing me and my husband noticed was the broken glass by the pool and on our balcony door. If that get fixed it would be 5 star for me. ”

“I absolutely love the look but I didn’t like how the housekeeper “cleaned” the room and when I went back to my room it wasn’t cleaned the sheets still had sand and the pillow cases were still the same and she forget to give me brand new towels the only reason why I didn’t complain was because it was literally our last couple of days but they definitely need to inspect after the housekeepers because I use to be a housekeeper and in New York when people complain especially about the bed not being……
