Great service. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Food is awesome, delicious. Entertainment options are great. Beaches are fantastic. Only issues is the humidity in some areas of the building, access to apartments have no ramps for people with walking problems, and staff should stop people in the restaurant to feed the native mapaches. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time. We stayed for a week and got to experience most of what the resort has to offer. We came with two little kids under two and glad we were put on the first floor and had a big family room. Moving around was hard work with a stroller because there’s lot of stairs and not enough ramps. The buffet food had lot of options to choose from. Some are hits and some misses. The restaurants had good food. My main issue was with communication. This was my birthday trip and I let the staff know during check in and asked what they offered for birthdays; I was told it was handled and during my dinner, no one was aware and I had to tell them it was my birthday. We weren’t told about the schedules or how anything worked, maybe it’s the language barrier. We had to figure things out and makeout what the pamphlet said. However we loved the overall staff from the restaurants to the lobby and overall services. Everyone is very patient and friendly. By the time we had to go the staff honestly felt like family. They knew our names and kids names. Really a great crew.

Our main issue was that our room had bedbugs. They moved us after some insistence, but that was it. No apologies or follow up. The front desk staff doesn't seem to care ar all. We even had the "plus" upgrade which made no difference. The pools and beach are lovely. Restaurant staff so friendly and great. Food is very average. Lifeguards are on a massive power trip and make things pretty unpleasant as they are constantly blowing the whistle for one reason or another. They will not let you even put your feet in the ocean after 6 pm, which seems completely crazy. Lots of iguanas and racoons, racoons come into the restaurant which seems really gross and dirty.

Hotel is in a great location. The beach is very nice. The hotel facilites are in general good shape eventhough they lack atmosfere. White light mixed with warm lights everywhere. The food is by far their weakest point. Even at the specialty Restaurants. For instance, At the italian Restaurant the Chefs Suggestion was a BBQ pork Steak. Not very italian if you ask me. The Buffet was not very tasty, but rather plain. Not the sort of food you'd want to endulge yourself with on vacations. One Thing i found very annoying is that no one in the staff seemed to be trying to stop guests from using their Boom boxes at the Pool or at the Beach. As a result one can expect - from time to time - a sort of music battle. There's music/speakers for every Taste. They should really enforce the rules. However if their own staff at the Pool Bar are playing loud music, one can not expect much as for keeping the guests under control.

Very rude at the front desk. Not information provided during my stay. First time that I have to bring the towels to the front desk to check them out from the room. Property looks old . Very low maintenance. Sink running during all my stay. Definitely I won’t return to this place .

My family enjoyed the food, the service, recreation and the beach. Even though the road to get to the hotel wasn’t the best, the transportation service was comfortable. At the hotel the internet access was really poor and the resort’s buildings required some maintenance. Overall it was a good experience.
