I am used to staying at a high end property, but there was an event going on so where I usually stay was not available. At first I was negative, but the people there was kind, helpful and nice. It totally changed my opinion. The rooms was not large but functional. It had everything I needed. It was clean. It is not a high end property but really was an enjoyable stay.

Bed was uncomfortable and would make noises when you moved around. Throughout the night doors were slamming so loud it would wake anyone.

Front desk-Kevin was great. He switched our reservation room to one on 2nd floor so we didn’t have to go upstairs. Friendly staff, comfy beds, updated, clean and great size tv! Highly recommend.

Was fine for the price I paid. Staff was friendly. I was by myself but had a room with 2 beds. One bed was fine, other had dirty /stained sheets. 2 of the 3 towels had weird stains. Location was fine and seemed safe.

I was there 4 nights. The first night I was put in a creapy basement room with an uncomfortable bed and a TV remote that didn't work even with new batteries. The other 3 nights I had a room on the 3rd floor. The room was nice but the mattress a little too hard for my back and the blow drier didn't work and wasn't replaced. The worst thing for me was no elevator and I had to lug my luggage up and down the steps. The lady behind the counter on the day shift was very nice and helpful, but the first night the man behind the counter was unfriendly and unmotivated.

The blow dryer not working is safety related as if it touches water the breaker on the device will trip. Front desk on a personal call when I checked in, never ended the call. Room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Breakfast was very poor. Went elsewhere for breakfast. Will look for other accommodations next time.

Overall Unpleasant
The room was updated, but the bed was uncomfortable. There was a wad of hair on the ground in the bathroom when we arrived. The fitness center is a joke, as the treadmill is out of order, the cable machine is barely usable, and there are a total of five dumbbells, not five sets. The breakfast was ok, but we were abruptly ushered out right at 9:00, while we were eating, so we brought our food to the room to finish. Just overall, unpleasant.

The fitness center there were certain guests that removed the dumbbells from the room and we addressed this as well.

The rooms are LOTS smaller than they appear online and compared to other hotels. No elevator and stairs to get to rooms and breakfast. The room was clean, but lots of things that could be fixed.

All of the desk personnel were helpful & pleasant. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good. Refrigerator & microwave in room were very useful. I enjoyed the large TV. Location was convenient. There were amenities listed on the website, like pool & whirlpool that the facility didn’t have.
