The hot tub needs some work. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of waffle mix, no bacon so we ended up going to Walmart for pre made bacon to eat with their breakfast. No Apple juice. The lobby is nice. Overall is wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either.

This hotel is old and shows lots of wear and tear. Carpet needs to be replaced, it needs new drywall and paint in many areas. There is nothing impressive about this place. I would not stay here again.

Perfect stay
Very clean and perfect. Front desk called and checked on me to see if I needed anything. Also lended a fone charger as I forgot mine at home and had to stay back because of a snow storm. Breakfast was great and healthy.

Sometimes you just need to relax
My stay was amazing! I came to relax and Albert the maintenance was helpful making sure the pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Mary was also very helpful anticipating my needs during my stay and always having a smile on her face.

Liked the service and breakfast! Coming in front door didn't feel welcoming, needs some appealing looks instead of just the ashtray stand. Swimming pool, no access for people who cannot climb the stairs in the pool. Would be better if we could walk in and out of the pool. Was not able to enjoy the pool.

Honestly I was very disappointed in this stay. For 200 dollars a night I was expecting a lot more. The room itself was musty smelling and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. We informed the desk and they said a handy man would check it out. But I think because the fan wasn't working, the moisture just consumed the room and it smelled. After sleeping there we were all clogged up. The toilet was running and the sink leaked. We also noticed things on the floor and nightstand like pony tail holders, and wet wipes that made us wonder how clean the room actually was if things left by previous guests were still in the room. As mentioned for 200/night, I would assume that this would not be the case - it felt more like a room you would get for 45 dollars on the highway. When we were leaving the front desk lady (very nice) asked us how our stay was. We simply said it was ehh and informed her that it wasn't very comfortable. I have friends that live out here that I intend on visiting in the future, but we will not be staying here.

Okay for a quick trip-
Staff was great and very accommodating when initial room smelled like smoke and quickly moved us to an alternate room. Hotel definitely needs some updates (wallpaper peeling off by bathtub, towel hook broken off, pool liner was all faded/coming off/turning black in spots). Breakfast was great and beds were comfy.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Conveniently located near a plaza with shopping and restaurants to eat. The hotel also has complimentary breakfast. Would recommend!
